Works very well on my Canon SX-40 HS with a 58mm adapter Tried out with 49mm, 52mm, 55mm, and my Tiffen filter sets. Very happy with the purchase.

Each piece appears to be well made and they all fit into the correct thread size. Also the correct filter/accessory will fit. The price is good for the products.

The rings screw on and off smoothly, with no fit issues. I haven’t tried to bend them and am not too worried about them bending under normal use, but I’m not going to test that. They feel a little flimsy, so I wouldn’t recommend them for long-term, day-in/day-out use. But for occasional use and a cost of less than $10, I’m willing to accept that.

I didn’t know these existed until I stumbled across a lens review. These are so convenient to have and are easy to use. Sometimes when I have to use multiple step down rings, it can be a little tough to separate them. They are so handy that I bought step up rings too.

In not a fan of using larger filters on smaller lenses but in a pinch these will work. Make sure you get a filter wrench though sometimes they will just not unscrew from the filter.

It's not bad and it works for my purposes. However it doesn't seem to house well on the threadings of any of my ND filter. It's like the rings keep twisting and never houses tight for my filters. Its functional but the threading doesn't sit well with my filters. It mounts the lens just fine.

I bought these to mount a Smallrig matte box to my Sigma 18-50 lens on my Sony FX30 (55mm diameter). I bought this set of step rings because they were the cheapest and I have to say I am very happy with them. I stacked the 55-58, the 58-62, and the 62-67 rings and then I was able to attach the 67mm Smallrig adapter included with the matte box. I had never heard of the brand Fotasy before, but if the price is right I would definitely buy more products from them in the future.

I got the Step Up Ring Set for a couple of reasons. First, if you have more than one lens you always have a filter that is to big for the lens you want to use. The Step Up Ring Set has the most used sizes. However, The main reason I wanted the Step Up Rings is I'm making my own Solar Eclipse filters. I ordered a sheet of good solar film and will cut out circles in the sizes of the rings I need for the lenses that I will use on my cameras. Glue the film into the Step Up Rings I'm going to use. Cheaper filter than buying a good filter for each of my lenses I'm going to use. A DIY project. I have not completed my project yet but I will so I can start practicing.

Bulkier If you want to convert from small size to very large size, I recommend buy the exact ring converter to minimise the size
