Great pedals, no slip, wide and sturdy
They look great on my GT. I've used them on a few dozen rides now and I love them. Much better than the factory pedals. They are light, sturdy, very wide - grip your feet very well. Love the look of them also. They are priced very well and no large "goofy" name slapped on them to boot. Overall a great set of pedals that look outstanding and work even better.

Excellent value and quality
Been riding the PDX pedals closing in on 3 months now. Ridden them on tech, bike park, super chunk, in the wet and in the dry, these pedals perform exceptionally. I love how they have a slight touch of concave in the middle of the pedal where there are no posts. I find that it just makes them even more grippy but somehow easier to make micro adjustments if necessary. I’ve also had some pretty solid pedal strikes and they have come off no worse for wear. Half the price of the competition but with the same quality.

Best pedals for the price-Period
Pedals arrived nicely packaged including extra washers (to use on carbon cranks) and extra pins. Pedals are high quality, strong and smooth. The grip is excellent with a good coverage of aggressive pins. I’m using them on my new Yeti SB130 that I ride anything from XC, trail, enduro style riding. I’ll be getting another set for my other bike and possibly a dirt jumper. I usually don’t write reviews but these are quality pedals at a great price.

Great Product For the Price
Needed new pedals and then found out the owner of PDX is local to me so I figured support a local business. I not only supported a local business but also received a very nice and quality pedal set up to go on my bike. I have really enjoyed the grip I am able to get from these pedals, your feet will definitely not slip while riding. Liked them so much that I ordered two more sets!

Will the replacements hold up?
I ordered these pedals on the premise that they are slightly larger and grippier than R*ceF*ce or similar pedals. And with 10 points of contact vs. 8 for the competitors and a wide, flat face, they are indeed that. However, after 8 trail miles of tame riding but a heavy rider, a clicking could be heard from the right pedal. Sure enough, while the left pedal was still tight as a drum, the right pedal had developed some play against the inner portion of the shaft.PDX customer service was great. A quick message to them via Amazon, and they called me in person to apologize (even on a weekend), confirm shipping address, and sent me a new pair that arrived in less than a week from the other side of the country. After doing some forensics on the damaged pedal, I have to say, I was pretty impressed for a pedal at this price point. Nicely machined spindle, o-ringed in the interior side, a closed hex plug on the outer end of the pedal, sealed bearings on the small end of the shaft, and and needle bearings on the big end. Everything was well greased, but that had to be the tackiest grease I've ever touched.Unfortunately, that needle bearing was the issue. Upon removing the bearing for inspection (and it was still a nice, snug slip fit into the plastic pedal), a small piece of metallic "trash" was removed, and you could see that 3-4 of the needles had sunk into the plastic bearing cage, making the needles no longer concentric.Should a needle bearing with a plastic cage be fine for this application? Yes, it should, so I would like to call this one a fluke relative to a lone bearing failure. I have put the replacements on, and will put some miles on them before reporting back. If they hold up, I will likely bump them to a four.Customer service - 5+Product - nice design on the manufactured parts, but possibly questionable bearing suppliers.3 stars for now, and time will tell.Update - after some more miles on the replacement set of pedals, they have been without issue. No noises, bearing play remains smooth, and have held up well to bike spills and rock strikes, including the pins themselves. Upgrading to 4 stars.

These pedals are awesome, i promise
I’ve bought 3 sets (not because they broke, they have all been great). They’re just fantastic value for money, the big brands don’t offer anything more than these aside from maybe better bearings, but i don’t notice that on these anyways. The grip is great, they’re sturdy, they hold up to gnar and jumps. They’re great, you won’t regret them.

Great Pedals
These are the only pedals in the sort of maroon red that I could find that didn't seem like garbage. Man am I impressed. These are miles better than the crank brothers stamp 1's that I had in my new bike originally. These stick to my specialized 2FO Roost shoes like glue. If you need grippy pedals in nice colors, that can take pedal strikes like a champ (new bikes bottom bracket is real low), these are for you.

Good pedals, excellent customer service *updated*
I have these on my gravel bike - I use it for bikepacking and occasionally ride singletrack. Paired with the right shoes, my feet stay glued to the pedals even sailing through rough stuff. Pedals are comfortable on long rides with a minimalist sole.*Update* after a few months of solid use, the bearings in one of the pedals gave out. A defective seal eventually let enough grit in to claim the rollers, and a loud clicking sound developed. I sent a message to PDX, which was replied to very quickly, and they had a replacement pair sent to me within the week.
