Did anyone really gain any muscle mass from this product or is it a waste of time?

I believed it helped. I have increased muscle mass, it was one of several supplements I used. My gains were more while using it than when I was using just the other supplements.

No need to cycle on an off. Best results for me personally are about 9-10 weeks. I have taken this for a lot longer than that with no negative side effects.
