what kind of game are you looking for? i came from gta being my main racing game to this so i have to say i was very happy with the custimazation options and the ability to pick my own character. I really dislike the fact that i am stuck in the car when I am allowed to by skins for my characters idk how they could make that work but its just something that bugged me. On my rx560 and amd 2200g with 8g of ram i can get 60fps on low settings. it is still very playable and was pretty fun. I dont know if it is worth buying full price i bought it half price at 30 if your on the fence like i was i would say it was worth 30

This game attempts to go back to its roots and play similarly to NFS underground or most wanted. The cops are challenging to escape and leads to exciting chases from them. The upgrading is great, very customizable. And the graphics are very good. If you’re a fan of the old need for speed games you’ll enjoy NFS Heat.

You get a key code to be used on Origin to download, so be sure you have an account with them. If not, no big deal, it only takes minutes to create one. The download went fine and the game is up and running with no issues!

I ordered Need for Speed Heat, Origin sent me a code for Need for Speed Hot Pursuit. This game runs great if you use the keyboard or a controller. Need for Speed Heat states the the Logitech G29 Steering Wheel would work, so I purchased it from Amazon. once I received it I set it up for my Game (Need for Speed Hot Pursuit). It worked for about a week now when I launch the game it goes the the initial loading until the game requests for me to select the enter key to continue. At this point the game crashes. I attempted to contact Origin through my game account and have had no response. If you plan on using a Steering Wheel, I would not suggest buying any online games from Origin through Amazon until they can fix their Steering Wheel issues.

I've put over 40 hours and two play throughs into this game and while fun the story can be done in two or three sittings. The story is linier and unoriginal, it did nothing to draw me in. The bad guys are the over the top bad cop stereotypes that get very little on screen action. The only thing good about this game is the cars and racing. The car customization is good, minus the lack of part decals like the older games had. I really like to put brand decals on my cars to give it the street racer look. The racing is fun, like really fun. Getting a car tuned up and then sending out on a race is enjoyable, my only complain is that the number score they gives cars is mostly irrelevant. You can have 50 points on someone and if your car is set up for long straight away and your on a track with sharp corners and another car is tuned better then you can lose. I bought the game when it first came out and while i had fun, it was not worth $70, i would have rather paid $70 for a exact remake of the 2005 NFS Most Wanted with the same cars and customizability.
