G4 LED Bulb, 12V Bi Pin, 20W Halogen Bulb Replacement 3000K

I gave the brightness & easy to install parts of this review 5 stars because im keeping true to my experience, however i did not rate the longevity portion because ive only had them about a month now. They still work great! The lights are nice and bright yet still have a warm color. I installed them all over my 5th wheel travel trailer. Matter of fact after ordering my first 6 pack, i ordered (2) more 10 packs and covered every bulb inside that fit a G4 bulb. Examples are above my stove, cieling pods throughout the RV, above our lazy boys, above the sink in the bathroom, in our walk in closet etc. You name it.. I pulled every fixture available and replaced them with these bulbs. **THE BONUS IS THEY ARE DIMMABLE** I have now replaced every bulb throughout the rv and around our property outside with LED bulbs (G4, G8, T10 wedge, e27, candelabra, etc. and utilized a assortment of solar powered lights plus installed a timer on our front yard landscape lighting. Though it was a costly investment, it has made a tremendous difference on our electric bill. Trust me when i say..it is definitely worth the initial costs to make these upgrades. Amazing power g4 bulbs played a big part on the inside of our 5th wheel and im extremely satisfied with them. Great little bulb.

Replaced halogen bulbs which were constantly going out. Was skeptical about fit on under counter puck lights. Do fit, no problem even though a little bigger. Satisfied with warm light. Will definitely buy again. Would recommend if looking to replace halogen G4 bulbs.

Package of five bulbs arrived just fine. Plugged the first one in and no light. Tried same bulb in a different socket, still no light. Checked a second bub and it worked. Tested all five and only the first one did not work so 20% failure rate. Light is nice, soft white that is perfect for ceiling lights in our camper bathroom. Very pleased with the bulbs that worked.

These work great! Very bright and good value.

I bought these to replace a failing unit that came with my deck lights although it’s a little smaller in size it’s still looks similar in style and shape and provides adequate light from the fixture. Even though they are described as the same color temperature rating (3000 K) I actually like the color of these a bit better as they are warmer and are closer to what incandescent bulbs look like, which I prefer. These LED bulbs are kind of like the Wild West right now or the proverbial box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get. So far so good.

UPDATE: issues can always happen, it's how the seller handles them that makes all the difference. In my case, Amazing Power contacted me in less than 24h after my posting of the review below, apologizing for the issue and offering a full refund -- I didn't even had to try and contact them first (they contacted me instead, prompted only by my review), much less start an Amazon return/refund (which got such a low-priced item, would be more bother than worth). So, 5 stars to them for handling my issue -- and I will definitely try their products again next time I need LEDs, my issue must have been a fluke because, if it happened frequently, they would not have the time nor the money to make it right for every case as they did with mine. Crap! They don't last. Waste of money. We were told LED's were supposed to last 5-10 times longer than halogen lights. One year later these lights lost half of their lights and then burned out. Absolute crap. Stick with halogen or standard light bulbs.

To get these to fit in my kitchen down light fittings I had to cut off the little nubs on the end. But while being just a smidge whiter than the warm glow from the halogens they replaced (really neither here nor there) these are effective and cheap replacements for my old 20w halogens. One gotcha is to check your dc power supply for suitability with LED lights. I have to keep a halogen or two in the string of lights or the power supply doesn’t output power.
