They never turned on
I ordered two a few months ago for my autistic twins, I just opened them today since the ones they had broke. I usually buy a few and keep on hand. They do not turn on. I been trying, even tried charging them. What a bummer a waste of money.

Love these 5ablets for my kids the only reason I would give it 4 stars is they die within a year but for the price they work.

Decent product, unethical company
My main purpose in buying this item was that I wanted to be able to share the screen through a UBB-C to HDMI cable. The tech specs on Amazon didn't include that info, and I could not find it anywhere online, so I emailed their customer support and asked. Several days later their response was yes, you can share the screen through a cable. So I ordered it. When I got a change I connected the tablet to my portable monitor with the right adaptor. Nothing. Could not figure out how to share the screen. Did a lot of web searching, everyone thinks that you want to cast the screen through wi-fi or something--not what I need to do. So I emailed them again. Days passed and they responded no, you can't share screen using a cable. It is now too late to return to Amazon. I have asked them what they intend to do to correct their misrepresentation and I got no satisfaction. If you need a super-cheap tablet for other purposes, OK, this one works. I'm finding other uses for it. But I'm stuck with an item that does not perform as specified. Be wary, they may lie to you too.
