It took some time to powered up and started but overall it's worth it for the price the only thing that doesn't work is the power charger but I have extra cord and now it works perfectly

Very happy with this purchase. I use this tablet for streaming shows. It's the perfect size to sit on my desk.

We ordered 21 of these tablets, and upon receiving them, we were unable to get about half of them to power on. After troubleshooting, we confirmed that many of the charging cords we were using did not work. Initially, it seemed like some cords worked, but we ultimately discovered that only 3 out of the 21 charging cords were functional. Even more concerning, those working cords still would not charge several of the tablets that appeared non-functional. We were eventually able to get the tablets to charge using an iPhone charger, confirming that the tablets themselves were capable of charging. However, this meant that 18 of the 21 included charging cords were defective. Additionally many of the products had clearly been used. One still had a password on it, so we were unable to open it. Also, three of them were severely scratched as well. We contacted the retailer to address this issue, but the only response we received was that we were outside of the return window. While we understand the policy, having 18 defective charging cords is a significant quality concern that should have been addressed. We gave the company an opportunity to resolve the issue before leaving a review, but no solution was offered. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product or the company.

Love these 5ablets for my kids the only reason I would give it 4 stars is they die within a year but for the price they work.

Works fine and using it daily. I just can't get it to cast like the 10" one. Perhaps it's me...nope.
