I bought this in May 2023 & on 6th July 2026, it stopped working. If I connect to charging, then blue light switches on but it is not able to charge. Definte 5 star. EDIT: STill working :D I am very happy.

The Offbeat Ripjaw is a plug and play 🔌➕▶gaming mouse that is wireless and looks like a Star Wars fighter or spaceship 🚀. As soon as I plugged the detachable USB dongle from the bottom of the mouse it connected to my laptop 💻 immediately without delay and was working within seconds. It comes with the standard right, left and scrolling keys, however, it does not stop there. There is a DPI button at the top of the mouse, charging port at the front along with forward and backward buttons on the inner/ left side of the mouse to go back/ forward from the browser page you are in. The product comes with the charging cable, mouse, USB connector and the User Manual cum Warranty card. It is ultra smooth in functions with the DPI ranging from 1600 to 3200, which is 1600, 2400 and 3200. I rarely write reviews of any product that I buy online, mostly due to the effort it takes even if I liked something. But this one, OFFBEAT is its name, turned me into a crazy fan and hence I endorse such an amazing Rechargeable wireless mouse. Only negative with this I found was that it's a bit larger than normal mice. But, after so much of hassling around searching for a reliable rechargeable wireless mouse, TRUST ME folks, this I found to be magical with below features: 1. Absolutely "NO-SOUND" left clicks, but a negligible right click sound (way smoother than other mice I've ever seen). Mouse wheel is also smooth. 2. Recharegeable on the go via a computer or a powerbank too (which was my primary requirement). 3. Works smoothly with or without a mousepad. Seems it doesnt care about the surface! 4. Has a 1 year warranty. 5. Has a great distance threshold. 6. To top it all of, it's a "professional gaming mouse" (now makes me go back to gaming mode, although I wanted this basically for office work). Cant wait to experience those smooth buttery clicks while getting back to my old shooter games! 7. Has multiple extra buttons to go forward/backward on certain navigable applications, has a DPI mode button to toggle with 3 modes. 8. Great battery backup of upto 50 hours of GAMING (not even office work) for just 1 hour of charging! 9. LED indication when battery goes low and switchable dancing colourful base LED lights to enjoy.. This Offbeat RIPJAW 2.4Ghz Rechargeable Wireless Gaming Mouse - is awesome but its battery backup is very low. Sometimes it gives good backup but most of the time it gives very less backup not even half hrs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been single-handedly the worst purchasing experience of my life. I bought this mouse a few weeks ago, and it was defective right out of the box. The scroll wheel was jittery and the main click would randomly stop working. A simple quality check would have caught this, but clearly, that's too much to ask. So, I did what any customer would do: I contacted customer service. And that's where the real nightmare began. I was assigned a customer agent who might as well have been a brick wall. My first few messages were completely ignored for days. When I finally got a response, it was a generic, copy-pasted script that didn't even address my specific problem. After explaining the issue AGAIN, I was promised a replacement. I waited another week, and what arrived? ANOTHER defective mouse! This one had a different problem – the sensor was so bad the cursor would just randomly jump across the screen. It's obvious this company is just shipping out its faulty inventory, hoping customers won't complain. Now, trying to get help for the defective replacement is impossible. The customer service agent is actively ignoring me. My messages are being left on "read" with no reply. My emails are going into a black hole. They have my money, and I have two useless pieces of plastic on my desk. Do yourself a massive favor and save your money and your sanity. This company knowingly sells faulty products and offers absolutely zero support when you call them out on it. This isn't just bad customer service; it's a complete scam. I've never felt so ignored and ripped off as a customer. Buy from literally any other brand.

Lasted for 2.5 years, product quality is good, rgb looks good but won't be purchasing again.
