This product did the job. I have a fabric & metal chaise longue in the backyard that the neighborhood cats (who are unfixed 🙄) love to pee on if I accidentally leave off the cover. It had sat in the sun & absorbed for days before I bought this, yet I was able to get the smell out with one first use. No discolorations or pungent odors - just waited for it to dry & it had a pleasant mild lavender scent if you smelled close-up, otherwise nothing. seems to actually destroy odors instead of covering them up with another strong smell. Would recommend to anyone with problem marking!!

i have 8 cats & 2 dogs. one dog is 18 & losing his ability to "hold it" until he gets outside. the cats like to leave piles of puke & the yellowish bile can easily stain my rugs. this stuff is miraculous! every stain disappears! i absolutely LOVE the fragrance and used to buy it in the jugs, but can't find it anymore--i'm devastated. i wash all the pets' bedding & towels in dreft but add this for a hint of the lavender smell. this and "angry orange" are all i use for any stains & odor issues in this house of 10 pets!

Had a male cat that wasn’t nurtured and he liked to dive me crazy with his spraying. I usually by another spray from a carpet company, but was trying to find an alternative for when I couldn’t get to that one. And this is a natural alternative and it does work. The scent is light and not overpowering but anything is better than that cat spray smell. Worked even better for me when I would put down some carpet cleaner & vinegar, vacuum then spray!

I like this spray much better than the odorless and the mountain fresh. I use this spray mainly to clean the litter boxes and sometimes to freshen the air. I'm not sure if the cats appreciate the scent, but I do and it goes away after a short time. The mountain fresh scent, however, is absolutely disgusting. My cats and I can't stand it. I used it once and never again. But I dolike this lavender one.

Package arrived with cleaner leaking all over, about half empty. Tested it out and it has worked great on spots where my parents cat have pissed all over the house. It was getting out of control! Just would appreciate a replacement being sent.

I've learned that like all the products for odor removal you need to be patient and do several treatments for it to work. Love the lavender scent. I found you need to spray the carpet then press a rag onto it "and leave it" for awhile. Repeat process once you see yellow pee has been absorbed onto the rag. You may need to repeat a few times before the rag no longer shows yellow pee.

It got rid of the oder well. For now I still need to spray it every few days but the urine smell is fading.
