I love these pills I burn easily & with these I can burn but it doesn’t hurt plus It helps me get a light tan ! ! I purchased this after the recommendation of my dermatologist. I used in recently during a trip to the Caribbean. I took 2 capsules in the morning before heading out to town and the beach. Easy to swallow and did not upset my stomach. I used my usual sunscreen as well but did not reapply as often. I felt the capsules gave me extra protection and bought me some extra time in the sun without getting burned. I feel it is especially helpful when you don't have time every so often to be applying sunscreen. Lately I have been taking it right before going to play golf. I am happy it works.

I developed a true sun allergy after antibiotics approx 15 years ago. I have tried every combination out there trying to tolerate the sun. I would start itching and develop tiny red bumps that would stick around for two weeks. Dermatologists just tell me to use hypoallergenic everything and stay out of the sun. Not an option for me, I love the outdoors. If you're like me, try this. I have used this product along with BLUE LIZARD cream zinc oxide sunscreen, and OMG. I stayed out in the sun at the pool for 5 hours. Usually I'd have a terrible reaction, but I woke up the next morning with nothing. Next day, nothing. A week later, I am dumbfounded. The hours I have spent without success. I hope this helps someone who loves the sun as much as I do and is looking for a way to enjoy it again. It brings me to tears. Thanks for reading!

This product is great. I take 2 A day. Ive noticed a difference in my skin and I feel great(possibly the Vitamin D) will buy again

I was taking all three of these ingredients separately and now I can take them as one product. My dermatologist recommended this to me and I feel like it has been helping with my sun sensitivity. No issues with the pill etc.

I had high hopes for these. I really wanted these to work but it didn’t. I recently went to Puerto Vallarta. We rented a cabana for the day. I took the supplement the day before. Then on this particular day I took extra. I took two pills two hours before going into the sun around 9 AM. And another two pills a few hours later. I was at the cabana from 10 AM to 1:30 PM. I didn’t put any sunscreen on my legs because they were in the shade up until about 12. I did put sunscreen on my chest around then. As you can see from the picture I burned pretty bad and just in an hour and a half and after taking four pills. Temp during this time was not even in the 80’s. It’s was high 70’s. I would NOT recommend these pills to anyone because they don’t work.
