I really like these balance pods. Search the internet and you can find some great workout routines using these. These stay inflated and are very easy to use. Excellent product. The hedgehog side does not hurt bare or socked feet. The one thing I want to say is, do not store these in, on, or touching finished wood. The plasticizers in the PVC may react chemically with the finish on your wood. This is just chemistry; not the fault of the designers of these pods. It would happen with any flexible PVC product. But I didn't know this, and the wooden cabinet I was storing these pods in is now sticky. So now you know!

These work great for calf and ankle injury recovery exercises! I’ve seen some ppl say that the little spikes are pretty hard on your bare (or socked) feet, and I would absolutely have to agree with them. I DO have to wear some kind of shoe or padding when I use them, but it’s no biggie to me. They are a perfect size for the exercises I’m doing. I recently injured both my ankle (ligament) and calf (muscles/tendon) and have been using these to enhance my recovery exercises. They certainly hold up my weight and I’m 200 pounds. I use them as “the floor is lava” pads and balance on each with one foot for about 5 seconds at a time. I also use them for single leg (full body weight) calf raises and they hold up perfectly! Pretty dope that they come with a pump too. I haven’t gotten too much use out of the larger sized unit, but I know it’ll come in handy at some point. I look at it as a bonus anyways. Great buy!

This is well made equipment and very nice to use. Th e big round one is a great head support for some floor exercises. The smaller ones (hedgehogs) are fun and colorful and there to practice balance work. I haven’t had them long enough to develop a program or specific exercises. But yes i like them lots!!!

I use these great products to do physical therapy for my dog who has some joint and mobility issues. They are affordable and high-quality, and we’re recommended at the pet physical therapy place where I go to.

Very useful to deal with the effects of chemo induced neuropathy. Easy to use, feels safe and sturdy, seems to retain air properly.

Bought this in place of my dog therapy clinic as their price was 90.00 plus tax, the small were a bonus. The bubbles were a little big to rub on feet of dog on small ones, but the big grey size is perfect for stimulating nerves of paws for paralysis in dogs.
