Works like a charm
I’ve bought a 1/2” torque wrench in the past, of another brand and broke bolts with it due to it not being within specs. It was a complete disaster and always is when that happens. I’ve used this Amazon branded wrench, and I’ve found it to be perfect so far! I have had no issues and the highest torque I’ve used it for was my 2001 Honda Civic axle nut @ 134 pounds. It’s a great tool to add to the collection for the price.

Good for the price but not great
I was a bit paranoid that it was not calibrated correctly. I tested and confirmed that it was calibrated correctly. I used it briefly and it worked as expected. As some others have noted, the handle can get stuck requiring extra effort to rotate it. I'm concerned that it would not last. In the end, I decided to return it and get a similar one for $10 less at another store.

Good value
Gets 5 stars for value. Initial accuracy was within spec. Not great construction BUT it was much less expensive than the last rebuild kit I bought for my SK torque wrench.

Good for brake hob
I like it for torquing brake pads and had no trouble at 75 foot pounds. Like the variable scales and the click mechanism worked well.

Properly tighten lug nuts
I have included this torque wrench with the tire changing equipment in both of my cars. I feel it is important to meet specified torque on lug nuts even when charging a flat tire. This lug wrench does the job.

Basic tool for basic people, like meeeee
It seems to work both directions, but I cannot verify accuracy without calibrated equipment. Build quality is shoddy, but it is an "Amazon Basics" tool... meaning the absolute simplest tool intended to work for a limited time.

Zweimal im Jahr Reifenwechsel, dafür ideal.
Günstige Alternative zu Markenprodukten wenn man nur ab und zu mal ein solches Werkzeug benötigt. Ich hab das Drehmoment mit einem Markenschlüssel überprüft und es scheint zu stimmen. Dank der mitgelieferten Schachtel verstaubt der Schlüssel auch nicht in der Werkzeug, wirkt professionell.
