Purchased in Oct-2024 and long-range test would suggest this is a GREAT DESIGN ... as in compact when empty but expands when additional drying space required, easy to take apart for deep cleaning together with safe knife storage rack. GREAT BUILD ...solid plastic with no visible signs of wear or rust throughout the unit. GREAT FIT ..as fits draining area nicely and when disassembled each part fits in the sink for deep cleaning, looks well too

When I had a new kitchen fitted quite a few years ago I treated myself to the original Joseph Joseph Expandable Dish Drainer Rack with Removable Cutlery Holder. It was white and a little plasticky but has worked really well. I decided that it was beginning to wear out so thought I would upgrade. This newer replacement is much better in about every way. It looks nicer, is marginally smaller and therefore sits better on the drainer, the removable cutlery tray is nice with the slots for sharp knives and the bar that enable you to put chopping boards in is a great idea. Overall it is a good buy and I would recommend it. Much better than some of the alternative plasticky ones on offer.

Absolutely brilliant. I procrastinated for a quite a while on buying this because of the price, but I’m really glad I bought it. It’s plenty big enough and having the option to extend is always a bonus. It looks brilliant as well, and a couple of people of already commented on how good it looks. My kitchen is open plan, so it’s definitely nicer having that to look at rather than my previous one. Feels pretty sturdy as well. Really pleased with it.

Arrived well packed and on time. Easy to assemble and looks good. I bought this style because we use a lot of bowls rather than plates hoping they would stack better. In reality this is not the case. One per slot is the practical limit. It's not a large drainer for plates and bowls but works well enough. My advice is to keep on top of the washing up otherwise you run out of space. The cutlery container is effective and the sharp knife holder a good idea. Value for money is harder to decide and I guess comes down to the individual.

Great quality. Fabulous design. Can have in 2 sizes by pulling out under tray. Great drainer. Really easy to clean. Great functionality. Can fit a big wash on it. Robust, built well. Thought it was a bit expensive but certainly does it's job so with the splash out.

Looked at a LOT of dish drainers trying to find the perfect one. Thought this probably fit 90% of our requirements but actually it's worked out more like 110%. The way it extends means it fits the full depth of the counter next to the sink perfectly; the knife holders work really well; the little rubber grips on the spikes on one side are surprisingly useful in holding things in place, like delicate glasses; it looks really nice. I just hope it lasts well, but only time will tell.

We have a wooden worktop and a butler sink, so no draining board, and wood that we’d like to preserve. This works brilliantly for those things you can’t or don’t need to put in the dishwasher. It has a little spout for excess water to drain into the sink, and a place to put spoons and knives etc. In its smaller configuration it doesn’t take up much space, but it expands easily into double the size, allowing pans and larger objects to drain. We find it easy to clean out. I guess you could put it in the dishwasher. Yes, it’s a little pricey. But it’s well-built and isn’t one of those weird cheap anonymous brands with a ridiculous name.

This works very well. Lots of different ways to stack and drain your washing up which is helpful. Love the extendable function depending on what needs to drain. Looks good too. Bought on a discount offer which I found reasonable. Would not have bought at full price.

ottimo prodotto, solido, e ben fatto, dal bel design e molto curato anche nelle finiture, è esattamente come in foto, ho una cucina molto ricercata e di design, ma non avendo pensili avevo il problema di dove far colare piccole stoviglie quando non uso la lavastoviglie, e quindi cercavo qualcosa che non rovinasse l’aspetto della mia cucina e questo si armonizza perfettamente, ed è facilissimo da montare, sono molto soddisfatta.

Pratico, se si è bravi a distribuire i piatti e pentole ha una capienza accettabile e poi se si ha lo spazio che ho io sul piano come in foto potete mettere altre cose sul lavello. Non ristagna l'acqua per il suo beccuccio incorporato. E in più una volta svuotato può benissimo rimanere perché è un bel oggetto di designer.
