The vacuum works just as expected. The only issue I have is it starts beeping constantly when it is on the charger and nothing stops it. This is my second vacuum from this company and the first didn’t do this. I have to let the vacuum charge and the. Turn it off with the side switch, which means I can’t schedule it or use the remote.

I own two now. This one will not do black carpets and my official one will. So it is what it is. But everything else is OK. It jams on everything, Legos, wires, shoe laces, string. EVERYTHING!

Great vac. Only issue is this does not support electro wall virtual barrier. Gave ot as gift.

I am exchanging this product for the a new one. The one I have now randomly stops and shows errors for no reason. I hope the new one works better. I will update when I use the new one.
