I don’t know when teddy bears became so expensive so I tried to pick the best one I could find. This one I loved so much I ended up buying two. Worth the money. Best bear for the crib because no hard parts or no small choking hazard eyes like the others. Easy to throw in the washer and dryer and they look new again.

This teddy bear is perfect! Just the right size… not too big or too small. A good size for a child to play with. The fur is super soft and the bear itself is huggable. The eyes are sewn on thread, not button style, so would be safer for little children. The bear comes sealed tightly in plastic, but once removed, immediately fluffs to perfection!

This is unbelievably soft, but I’m sad I’ll have to monitor my baby with it. I read it was good for babies who put everything in their mouth but this bear sheds like all the other stuffed animals mass-produced in China. (Another reviewer mentioned this and they’re right, tags say it’s made in China, not in CA like the Lambs & Ivy branding makes you believe). I’m wondering if Gund and Jellycat are truly the only two brands safe for my baby’s ever-exploring mouth. Womp womp. At least Wally is super cute and soft! We’ll just have to wait on the playing front.

My son and Wally have always been the best of friends. Never had a shedding problem. I slept with him for a week or so before he was born to help either bonding. As a working mom, Wally has been a great bond between us. We are on “Wally the Third”. My son accidentally pull the tag from his bottom after 3 years of constant, contiguous use. I recommend two so you have a backup. This beer has been through the full wash and dry cycle at least 40 times before the tag finally wore out. Wally is part of our family, and it’s fantastic to have a reliable brand making it where I can possibly buy another one years later should I need it.

It’s a favorite of a one year old grandchild. Embroidered features and eyes for safety too!
