Q: How difficult is it to install a zipper or zipper door on these? Is there one you recommend?

Zipwall products are great. This zipper --- ZipWall Heavy-Duty Zipper, 2-Pack --- is very very easy to install - just be careful not to install it upside down. I did that once and it still worked fine but when installed correctly you can install both zippers (it's a 2-pack) and roll up the plastic in between them when it's not so dusty in the work area so you have an open doorway, and then you roll it down when you're doing dusty work. You can always just use one zipper too - it's just a bit of a squeeze going in and out. Again - these products are great - well designed and easy to use !

Q: Will this work with the 10ft poles on a 10ft ceiling? Need to fold over a couple inches at ceiling correct?

Yes, if the ceiling is exactly 10 feet you need plastic a little higher because you have to fold over at the ceiling and also tuck it under the poles at the floor.

Q: Is this the only size plastic? Is there one for the 12’ tall poles?

This is the only size ZipWall makes and sells. Other sizes are readily available in home centers, hardware stores, etc. Thanks for asking!

Q: Can i create a paint booth with this?

Yes you can we set up a paint booth in my basement to paint doors and trim Worked great.
