Do you cross the leg straps when preparing for inclined use of sling? online vids show crossing leg straps, but the instructions here dont

That really comes down to patient comfort. Crossing the straps would bring the legs tighter together. If your patient can handle it, then do so. This sling is used for my father. 6'4" 185lbs We don't cross the leg straps because it crushed his knees together, painfully.

Would a 2xx be too large for my wife that is 5'5 and 240 lbs? XL better?
