I have tried so many electrolyte powders that were packed full of way too much crap and sodium. This one is the perfect amount to mix in with my morning water to feel great all morning. The flavor is not too sweet (and I hate sweet stuff) although I saw other reviewers mentioned it was too sweet for them. I'm assuming they do not mix it with enough water. I mix mine with about 20oz.

I've done a lot of yard work in the last few years, and was trying a lot of different drink mixes. Then, why I got an electrolyte imbalance due to a health issue, I went on an even bigger search for a product that packed a punch on electrolytes with good price and great flavor so I'd actually drink it.. and this is it!

Easy to mix, although it seems to leave a little residue in the bottom of the glass. The taste is not the best, but definitely not the worst. It wasn’t too difficult to chug this down and I feel pretty decent after drinking it. I really like the fact that the sodium content is so low, particularly compared to other electrolyte brands, since my doctor has me on a reduced sodium diet. I would overall recommend this.

More than 30 years ago, I had a very important organ removed due to its having entered into a pre-cancerous state. The surgery saved my life but left me handicapped in terms of being able to absorb vital minerals (electrolytes) and maintain proper hydration levels. Problematic as a younger man, dangerous as an older man. As such, I have tried many different proposed treatments ranging from "just drink enough water" to IV infusion of electrolytes and hydration formulas. The latter is rather costly and terribly inconvenient. In the last couple of years, persistent electrolyte imbalances/depletions have resulted in a central nervous system condition causing my heart to beat erratically often skipping every third beat for sustained periods of time (days and even weeks). While being very uncomfortable, it also is potentially life threatening. While IV therapy does relieve the symptoms the most quickly, it is not the most desirable long-term remedy. Standard hydration drinks and Pedialyte solutions, while they worked in the past, provide no relief from the new symptoms. What to do...? In walks KEPPI. This is the first product of its type that has worked in my particular case, and it works quite quickly, most times within hours and at the longest a few days. So I'm so happy to have found a practical remedy. Now that I have recovered from the worst of it, I consume the recommended amount at least once a day while avoiding those seductive dehydrating drinks or least moderating them to minimal levels. Yes age does require reevaluating your lifestyle especially should you have any deviations from the medical norm. So I highly recommend giving this product a go whether you're an exercise fanatic or you have other physical factors that challenge your bodies natural ability to stay hydrated and/or electrolytically balanced. I am older so I wanted to get additional hydration into my system. I add a scoop(included in container) to my daily water container and have seen a difference in my hydration. I’m not thirsty as with just plain water. It has good flavor, not sweet, no added sugar.

Good electrolyte powder that mixes well and tastes great. The raspberry lemonade flavor is refreshing and not too sweet. It’s a great way to stay hydrated during workouts or throughout the day. Also a good value with a lot of servings in one container.
