These work a treat on homemade pasta for preparing ravioli .Easy to use and no great expense. Very well made.

These work perfectly. They are nice quality as nice and sturdy and look good. They cut the shapes and stamp them to protection. I found them really easy to use, and so simple to clean. Would recommend to anybody looking for ravioli stamps

they are very sturdy, but it wasn't very easy to cut the pasta with these and required a sharper tool

I promised my 2 daughters (8 &10) some pasta making fun. In preparation for making ravioli I purchased these stamps, and a tray and roller (also reviewed). Making the pasta dough was nice and simple, but turning that into Ravioli was definitely a labour of love. I'm told I'm quite messy in the kitchen (nicknamed Swedish Chef from the muppets in our house) but this went to another level. I started with my fillings and chilled dough. Making sheets was easy enough, but this was where things get tricky. The main reason for the mess was the ravioli tray. After a few attempts I abandoned and switched to the stamps as the non stick tray was sticking despite lots of flour and prep. Things got ALOT better when I moved to the stamps. They have a sharper edge and cut shapes well. The downside is obviously making one at a time, and for us a portion is about 10-15 Ravioli. So for a family of 4 that's some commitment. However, the kids enjoyed they making process. Using the stamps felt quite rustic and homely. Their wooden handles are well made, and the cutter that comes with the pack is very useful for bespoke shapes. All in all I'm really happy with these and end product tasted and looked great. Providing my wife and daughters a nice plateful of Ravioli that was heart shaped was a lovely dinner. Just probably something for special occasions! Some top tips after a few runs.. - Use LOTS of flour to keep the dough from sticking - Don't use the thinnest possible past roller setting, come up a notch as it makes it easier to work with - It's surprising how little filling you need in each Ravioli. For me I could work comfortably with a teaspoon lighlty loaded. - Split your dough into smaller batches before refrigerating. My experience was that pasta dough dries quite quickly and doesn't like being worked very much. The second time I made dough (300g flour) I split it into 4 before wrapping in clingfilm. This meant I had a working amount for 2 runs through the pasta machine and could effectively start with nice fresh dough every 5-10 minutes.

I looked to buy these elsewhere from independent suppliers and we are talking the double the price for half the number of cutters. Its so nice to have a box with all the cutters you could need - made for a really good present for a cooking mad brother.

The pasta cutters are very good size and very sturdy! The roller cutter was not smooth at first however it became smooth after a few tries.

Very useful little tool effortlessly seals and stamps out beautifully uniform ravioli shapes. Really fun to use.

Do not buy this. It's just the same quality that you can find in grocery stores, except they're like 3x more expensive. And the return is not even free shipping. What a rip off.
