Unexpected Treasure: The Lost Andersons - Book One (The Andersons) Paperback – June 30, 2013

This is one of the best Anderson’s story. The story great and it kept me entertained. I’ve read this book so many times and it never gets old. Highly recommend. Do read the Andersons’ and Storm’s , start with Joseph’s Children, George’s then Richard’s :) I have read them all and owned several of them :) Highly recommend :)

Book 7 having 3 different stories with the price it was I keep reading into the Lost Anderson part of the series. At least book 8 isn’t like book 1 & 4!! Girly Girl readI fell in love with Melody Anne writing and of course fell in LOVE with the Anderson Family!!! (reminds me of my family…big & always together; just not billionaires). Less than 5 minutes into the book & you are IN LOVE with the character Joseph Anderson. Hence why I keep reading so many of the series, which you REALLY DO NOT NEED TO…. (all story lines are quite similar!!!!! ) I write about each book but tell you the ones to read & when to stop so you don’t have to waste your money$$$$$$$The Billionaire Series: also known as Billionaire BachelorsBook 1: Wins the game Lucas (Amy) The book that makes you fall in love with the Andersons. Since it’s the 1st book it eatables the tone for the series. Great girly girl love story!!!Book 2: Dance Alex (Jessica) Great book, easy read & yet another girly girl love story.Book 3: Falls Mark (Emily) Another great book that was an easy read. This book #3 changes it up just alittle. Yes it was also a girly girl love story.The next part of the series becomes about the cousins. THE TRUTH, they were fine girly girly love stories BUT YOU DO NOT NEED TO READ THEM ALL. Don’t waste YOUR MONEY!!!! Book 4 was soooo similar to Book 1.Anderson CousinsBook 4: Marriage Proposal Trenton (Jennifer) Do not read unless you are super into the series. It feels like you are reading Book 1 again. Also it was super short & should not cost what it did (sooo not worth the read!!!!!)Book 5: Blacking mailing Max (Cassie) Not necessary to read for the series!!!! just skip to book 7. Having read the Anderson series last year I was sad once the last of the clan had been married off having been tricked by their meddlesome fathers George and Joseph. I fell in love the whole clan but especially those two. I think it’s because they remind me so much of my dad, larger than life but with a soft spot for children, especially grandchildren. In this book they discover a brother that they never knew existed, a brother that looked just like them and born on the same day. Turns out he has a large family of his own, five kids to be exact and each in need of a sharp kick in the rear end to get them on the right path so that he can have some grandchildren before it’s too late. Richard Storm may be is name but he has more than his looks that takes after George and Joseph, he is a true Anderson.Haley Sutherland grew up in a house without love with grandparents that didn’t want her but felt obligated to raise her. Being raised in a house where she was never to been seen or heard and raised by nannies and other staff members, she thought that going to boarding school would be easier, however it gave her more things to dread and left her emotionally disabled. This series starts us off with George and Joseph finding out that they were actually triplets and that one child was taken from the family at birth. Therefore we have another five children that need to be matched up and Richard Storm, the lost brother has already started the path that his brothers have taken.We also find out that Richard is also seriously ill, although he appears not to have told anyone in his family and is carrying on as normal.Crew is very much another successful 'Andersson' thanks to his fathers meddlesome ways has taken up a business which is now flourishing.Our love interest is Haley, a woman who is finally coming out of her shell after being repressed by her grandparents. She asks Crew to help her to be able to seduce a man, but both end up ensnared with each other.Crew brings out the best in Haley and opens her eyes to her own sexuality, and Haley makes Crew want to be a better man.

Having read the rest of the series I was quite excited when I found the book on my kindle Sunday morning. As usual I couldn't put the book down. The characters were thoroughly lovable and it was a pleasant read. It did seem shorter than some of the others and missing something. The format was slightly different in that it moved forward and backwards in time but this was not confusing and it made the story more enjoyable.I personally feel it was missing a little bit of the excitement the others had - it was overly predictable, to some extent it felt like the middle had been forgotten about - it had a good start and end, but the middle was lacking. I know with the others we all knew they would live happily ever after in the end but at times, as the reader, you would wonder how it would get there. This book didn't have that.I hope the future books have that in - I have really enjoyed the series so far, I look forward to seeing if the next book can live up to expectations or whether the series has lost its charm forever.

Maybe, but why am I still reading this series then I suppose?The two brothers find their long lost triplet brother (ahem..... yeah right), and he has sons and a daughter in the same predicament theirs were years ago. They meet up and of course the matchmaking begins again.It's a fun idea where the father is desperate to have a big happy family and to see his sons settle down so he goes about matchmaking behind his sons' backs. He brings women he chooses into situations where his sons will meet them.It's a very unlikely meeting; asking a man you don't know to coach you into becoming a seductive woman??? In this book she's the resistant party when falling in love rather than the man and she takes some convincing.I find the writing a bit corny at times and found myself cringing, and use of words such as womanhood and heat had me groaning but not for desired reasons. Really? womanhood?

Richard has 5 children, her devices that they have become too spoiled for their own good and sets them all on a new life changing path.Enter Crew Storm who has rebuilt a holiday complex into something outstanding. Enter Hayley Sunderland a damaged heiress who arrived at Crew's resort, with only one aim to get Crew to teach her how to seduce a man. The tables turn and Crew end up seducing Hayley and the rest is history.The book has the same basic formula that the previous books in the series have but it's still a nice read.
