Talatta, Anchovies Fillets In Olive Oil, 3.3 Ounce

These anchovy fillet pieces are perfect addition to any recipe that is looking for a little umami boost. I use them in my meat sauce and it adds umami, without a fishy taste.

Love these anchovy’s! Ok I only eat them on Cesar Salads but still, its nice to have a tasty treat mixed in!

I put a couple of them in my Caesar salad, small bottle but good product.

I don't remember where I purchased the first jar but I believe it was at a local Italian restaurant/grocery store. I absolutely loved it! The fillets are beautiful, Firm and not salty at all. Unfortunately, I ordered three jars from this company and each arrived separately which for such a small jar, felt that it was a waste of resources. Two of the jars were leaking and upon closer inspection, the seal had been broken. When I attempted to return them for a replacement, their link does not allow a return so I reached out to Amazon and of course, they refunded the two jars. As you can see from the photos, the one in the center is the only one that arrived intact and the other two not only did not look the same but the oil had been leaking inside the package and all over the glass jar. The appearance looks like the fish had been disintegrating and the oil looks murky. I hope the company responds to my review to reassure me that I can order more and be able to return it if they arrive damaged.

Great flavor, not as salty as some cheaper brands, which is worth the small difference.

My review has nothing to do with the quality of the anchovies. Just a heads up how this is a difficult product to have delivered. I was not able to taste the product. Looked well packed
