Revising: Stopped working and poor customer support
I had given this 1 star because of issues explained below. I've decided to update this review because: 1) I called the company again and reached customer service easily. 2) They processed an exchange with free return shipping. 3) The replacement is working great so far. Can't ask for much more than that! I bought this dispenser for our office, it initially worked very well. The cold water was clean and crisp. The hot water was hot enough to brew a cup of tea. But after one month, the machine stopped cooling. I went through the reboot instructions but it didn't work. So, I replaced the filters, which was also recommended for a malfunction. Initially, this also did not work - but several days later, the cooling element worked again - but stopped working after one day. I called Brio customer support and was given instructions to turn off the hot and cold buttons, unplug the machine for 2 hours, plug it back in, dispense some water, turn on the hot/cold, and see if it started working. This did not work. I called Brio back during business hours. The phone rang for ages and no one answered. It would have been just as cost effective to take $300 in cash and run it through a shredder. This is the third water dispensing machine that has malfunctioned in our office. I suppose the return process will also be a hassle - assuming I ever get someone at Brio to answer the phone.

I bought 5 total and regret it!
It quit working after 6 months. The cold water ran hot and is just junk. Unfortunately, I bought another one for the office a couple months after and the pressure regulator broke after a month.

Great Product
I was hesitant to purchase this online as I like to see it in person. This unit was packed and shipped very well And the unit was easy to install as per the instructions. The unit dispenses great filtered water on demand and works perfectly so far. Great looking unit I was impressed. This unit came with extra filters and we stopped our office bottled water delivery. This product was a great purchase at a great value.

Nice product
Easy to install. Instructions are a little light on detail and unit comes with many extra tubes and fittings I didn't need. Water is hot and chilled water is just right.

Seemingly limited lifespan, shorter than expectations
Worked great until it didn't. Didn't quite make it to two years. Invested in a good one to last a few years and am disappointed by it. First, tank started freezing and now water doesn't feed into empty reservoir. Saw a few youtubes people having to replace temperature sensor. Sounds like a defect to me. They probably build with limited lifespans so you're required to by a new one..

Love having fresh cool water
Hooked up easily. Water tastes great and stays cold.

Does not fit under a kitchen cabinet.
We love this water filter. The only flaw is that it doesn't fit under a kitchen cabinet (standard height from countertop to bottom of a cabinet is 18" and this is just over that). We had to set it up in our laundry room/pantry insread. We managed to hook it up to our washing machine valve with a splitter and it's fine but it would have been nice to keep it in the kitchen.

Hardly been using for 14 months and it stopped working. Changed the filters regularly. No way to get product support.

Refrigeration stopped working after just a few months, Contacted Brio Support send video invoice etc. Then they said they couldn't help because were in Canada. Tryed to contact Amazon they send me back to Brio.
