Banned Xbox came late
Arrived over a week later than it was originally supposed to and when we got it, it was banned. Absolutely useless. Already paid for my xbox live membership, and wasted my money

The console itself is great. Giving 4 out of 5 stars because the controller skips, and it was supposed to have a 30 day game code for Gold and a 30 day code for pass, but it didn’t have them. Also, 2 of the 3 games has to be downloaded, but that was fine. Overall, my daughter is just happy having it, and to us, that matters the most.

Works good so far. Does NOT come with 1-Month of Xbox Live Gold, a 1-Month trial of Xbox Game Pass for Console, and 1-Month of EA Access as promised. Not even a thank you note or receipt.
