They work as they should
Relatively inexpensive, name brand, work well and made in the USA. Can't think of much more I'd want from batteries. I refuse to buy all those Chinese made batteries out there (most generic store brands, Kodak, Panasonic, etc...). They don't last as well and have a propensity to leak.

Batteries
They are batteries. That's about all I can say other than the fact that I price shopped them in order to get the best deal!

They do NOT work. You get what you pay for - back to lithium Energizer for me.

They do leak and ruin equipment
Its nice to see a short term review praising something that they have no idea of how much damage it can do down the road. Case in point is these Rayovacs. I still have a fresh stockpile that can be had for a song frequently at Wallyworld and with a good date. They were and I did. I use them because they last as long as the high dollar ones. The downside is that my AA hallway nightlights were both badly damaged by leakage. My 3 cell Maglight (D cells) is destroyed due to the swollen batteries that cannot be removed. I cannot speak for other brands of Alkaline, but I have dozens of rechargeables in service (security cams) with no leakage whatsoever and even though they end up costing more apiece, its worth it. Fortunately I have a Grandson who can use my stockpile up quickly given a chance as I'm tired of damaging my equipment. As far as battery warrantys go, shipping of Maglite-ten bucks, co pay and handling fees and return shipping-10 bucks?, mfr denial because they cannot check battery date due to being swollen inside flashlight-priceless.To be fair, If one uses these up fairly quickly then they are likely as good as anything. Longer term in something you depend on when you need it I cannot recommend.

Good Batteries.
These are good batteries. They are fresh, with a "Use By" date of Nov, 2013. Rayovac has also given a warranty before that says they will repair any flashlight damaged by leakage. I am assuming that policy is still in effect.

Good value. Very convenient to have this added to my Subscribe & Save list so that we never run out of batteries!
