Fits perfectly on my Littmann stethoscope. The accessories feel high quality and were very easy to install. Everything fits snugly with no looseness, just like the original parts. Great replacement and definitely worth it.

Arrive very quickly. I just needed the diaphrag and it fits perfectly. Extras kept for future need.

tl;dr - This is a perfect replacement set for the old Littman classic 2 S.E. Pros -Perfect fit -High quality Cons -Cost Used these parts to revitalize a 25 year old Littman stethoscope so I can donate it to a local high school that’s teaching basic physical assessment. My only complaint is that the cost of was is nearly half the cost of the stethoscope! Still, with a Litman you know you have quality. And the old classic 2 SE has a metal frame. It’s not going to be as good as the Cardiology 3, but it is perfectly functional for clinicals. After replacing the parts, it sounds better than other $30 stethoscopes you can buy.

Wrong color but durable and fit snug.

I have older Littmann Classic II stethoscope (mine is NOT classic II SE). I spent quite a bit of time to find out right part for my stethoscope. Finally I found website to find out right part. I hope it might help someone else as well. Just measure diameter of Diaphragm (mostly on Chest Piece) and bell diameter. This is Littmann product and I tried to post a link of Littmann website from where you see what part do you need but Amazon would not let me post a link! Go to Littmann dot com website then Tool and Resources Top banner then drop down menu choose Warranty and Repairs Then under Warranty information look for " Click here to find out where to buy replacement parts" then click of on that it will take you newer page. First check your measurements and it show you part with part number and from where to buy it. Or you can simply type part number within Amazon and you will get right part. Any way My Stethoscope is Class II (note there is difference in Classic II and Classic II SE but this part will fit both) and this part will fit older stethoscope like Classic II. Great Value for money and it took me less than a minute to install.

Wasn’t sure if these would work on a 1998 model but they work great I can hear so much better through the ear pieces and the new bell cover.

I almost threw out my old stethoscope because the diaphragm tore. Of course that's the most used part. This one was the perfect fit and made my stethoscope like new again. Please be careful when ordering. Make sure you have the right parts set for your model.

Die Ersatzmembran passt super auf das Littmann Classic II S.E., bin zufrieden. Die restlichen Ersatzteile habe ich bisher nicht benötigt, das Stethoskop ist nach 15 Jahren sonst immernoch top in Schuss.
