I have peripheral neuropathy and my feet are permanently cold and painful at times. I have a foot warmer that you put a hot water bottle inside - but that is rather primitive and fiddly. I saw this and thought it was a better option. It is cheap, small, easily placed under my sofa, soft, and lifts my feet off the ground which is a good thing. It gets comfortably warm - but not too hot (just right for me). But, as my feet are so cold normally, it is probably hotter than I imagine. As the weather is warmer now - I only use it in the evening. But it enables my feet to stretch and warm up before bed - enabling me to get a better night's sleep. The massage is a bit weird at first - since it only massages the toe area or the heels - but not both. So you have to move your feet around a bit. It seems a bit rough at first - but I am getting used to it now. But anything that moves my feet and heats them up is good for me. I remember buying something like this many years ago. It was big, heavy, expensive and just as rough (if not more) .... and I sent it back. So I think this is a far better option for me. As I am typing this, I am just trying the back option for the first time on my lower spine (which causes me a lot of pain when I walk). The massage is much better than it was for my feet - so I am even more pleased. It is far better than the expensive one I bought years ago - that put me off Shiatsu massagers. Because of this I have now upped the stars to 5. As long as it doesn't pack up (as others have complained about) I am very happy to recommend it to others.

The Shiatsu massage function is great - both for feet or back or wherever, its really works like a proper massage & is good for getting knots out. ...Unfortunately its not very hot as a foot warmer though! :( My feet are still cold working at my desk. Really wish it were hotter! (points for improvement: more heat please! and longer cord for the remote control so it can sit on the desk)

Bought this as I work 10 hour shifts on my feet and also have issues with cold feet. The warming function of the massager is amazing, I love it! The massager is nice, slightly annoying that it doesn’t move though and you have to move your feet to get different parts of your feet massaged. Also slightly annoying that the whole thing turns off after 15 minutes. Also, which was very disappointing, the massager function broke after just a week of me using it so I will unfortunately have to send it back. I don’t think I’ll be buying another one to replace it though.

Wow, I am so impressed with the Snailax 2in1 massager. I used it the evening I received it and was so pleased. I have (undiagnosed, waiting on appointment) neuropathy in my legs, especially the right one and was looking for something to sooth it. I had tried a tens machine, not quite right. Then I tried one of the foot machines that send electrical pulses through the foot, but again the result was not what I needed. My son has a shiatsu massager for his shoulders which is brilliant for him and I tried it gently under my feet before spending more money. I liked the feeling but obviously it was not the correct piece of kit. I looked at loads of shiatsu foot massagers and read reviews etc. and chose this one because the make kept coming top or near the top of various reviews, and because it is very affordable. I am over the moon. It is gentle (bear in mind my foot is partially numb) but not so gentle that you cannot feel the movement. My legs and feet felt so good after 15 minutes use and I was hooked. As mentioned by others, the heating is not terrific but if you give it time you are aware of it. Again, please be aware my right foot is usually ice cold, so I may not be the best judge. I have an amazing heating boot slipper for both feet, so I can use that first then massage. The machine has two directional settings, and the session can be split between the two. I also love the use if this massage on my calves. I have sciatica, so tried it against the calf and was amazed at the gentle release of the tension in my leg. I cannot believe how versatile and effective this shiatsu massage is. I shall be using this machine as often as is safe and definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a foot massage, whether or not you have foot/leg problems.

Takes a while to warm up. And it's designed to turn itself off after 15 minutes so you constantly have to turn it back on again. So it never gets or stays very hot unless you are consistent with it. The massager is nice though, but the heat is the most important part, and that is disappointing.

This foot massage is so relaxing and does a great job. As far as the heat I must say it takes about a full 15 minutes for it to really heat up nicely. At first I thought the heat was not working but after about 5 minutes I started feeling a little heat and after 15 minutes it reached an extra warm comforting heat, so patience for heat is needed. The massaging unit has a nice rolling under the feet method that is so soothing for my tired feet. I highly recommend. So glad it comes with a remote that works well. It automatically shuts off itself in 15 minutes, but all you have to do is press start to get it going again. It gives you options to use both massager and heat at the same time, or you can just use heat only without the massager or you can use the massager only without the heat. I have not unzipped yet to use as a back massager but my guess is that will be comforting and relaxing too. My experience is this is a Great quality product!

This machine works as promised; it's great! It item arrived on schedule and was easy to start using. There's a nice warm heat - not too strong - that soothes feet. The option for different directional massage is nice too. I use this under my home office desk; what a treat to have a cozy foot massage while working! Added bonus that it has a 2-year warranty, so that gives you peace of mind. Customer Service has been great to deal with for registering the warranty. I recommend this product.
