This book is very well written, and the practice tests are spot-on.It was time for me to renew my CCNA, and I used this book as my sole study guide. I was able to pass the exam with flying colors and confidence. I can whole-heartedly recommend it.

The book was damaged (minor) during shipping and also the software that comes with the book, calls netsim 10. They don't give you a full version I understand for the price that you paid for the book, But when there's commands that you need to perform when you follow the lab exercises and it gives you error saying this command is not available for the version that comes with the book.
