My boy who's 12 has special needs, he always would kick off when it came to brushing his teeth. It didnt matter what I brought him to try and overcome this. My boy saw the deeno toothbrush and was adamant that he wanted it before he even saw it on buy it now for xmas. I brought it for him as an xmas gift. I honestly didnt think it would change anything. Oh my, how wrong was I! Hes a super deeno fan. Yes there was a small delay in the app, which is no way the makers fault. Dont let this put you off buying. The toothbrush is amazing, the app is just a bouns. I've never seen my boys teeth so clean. Brushing teeth is now fun. He brushes them everyday without fail. Even at dental check-up there has been notable changes in his oral hygiene and his attitude towards brushing (our family dentist has been amazed!). As fantastic as the app is, as a parent the brush itself is the winner for me! The packaging is rather appealing, to which my boy is looking after with great care too. Thank you so much for developing this amazing toothbrush.. you have made such a difference.

The idea of the tooth brush for kids is really good.Unfortunately the execution doesn’t warrant the price.The tooth brush vibrations are quite harsh on younger mouths,The brush heads are average, the rubber on one of ours came away from the head and a possible choking issue.A big part of this product is the app which links to the brush, the brush syncs up easy enough, but the app is limited and my son got bored of it very quickly

Firstly, I’ve never returned anything to Amazon prior to this purchase but after sending two of these back I thought it might be worth sharing.Bought this as a Christmas present but once we opened it we quickly found the silver trim over the power button had fallen off... not a major problem but as I couldn’t fix it and it was brand new I returned under warranty. The product itself felt reasonably solid so just put this down to a Friday afternoon special and ordered another up to replace it with.Second arrives, all seems ok. Started the process of downloading the app on IOS, once I embark on the registration process though I find the app is so buggy it won’t let me register at all, a little further research and I found lots of people complaining of the same thing. Given I’d bought this product over some of the better known brands because of the ‘help your kids learn to brush via the app’ feature I’ve now returned and bought an alternate brand.

Amazing customer service, contacted to ask a few questions before purchasing, recieved a thank you in the post too.I am having issues with the App, I het a messaging saying "something went wrong" however, I appreciate this is small business and app development can be timely and costly. The children arent too disappointed about the app, as I've explained why. We are looking forward to interacting with the Dino App with rewards earned from brushing teeth!The teddy which is available to buy separately, is really good quality, and a good addition to encourage teeth brushing, they take their Deeno's upstairs with them.These tooth brushes alone have changed wash time for my 3 children, it's more pleasant. Now that they are used to their toothbrush they enjoy doing it, it was an odd sensation for them at first. They loved personalising their tooth brushes with the stickers.Compared to the branded childrens electric toothbrush, this is still a massive saving to their prices. I bought them as a stocking present just in time for xmas, so that saving could be spent on other things.Absolutely 5 stars when the App is available! Keep going, I'm pleased to be supporting a small business with a dream, who's just at the beginning of their journey. I'm glad I'm a part of that.

The toothbrush itself is amazing, and the kids love it!The timer is very impressive also and it ensures my 2 boys brush their teeth for the full 2 minutes so there is no cheating, haha.They have been using the brush for 2 weeks now and brush them twice a day without fail.Really high quality and worth the investment!Only downside is the app needs a bit of work.It doesn't seem to be compatible with the kids fire tablets but still a 5 star review from me.One happy customer and 2 boys with lovely clean teeth

Multiple settings, dependent on age, makes this product idea for parents with children of different ages. The simple colour coding means that the children know what setting to put the brush on and they really enjoy brushing their teeth with the Deeno.Highly recommend this product not only for the enjoyment factor for the children but for the cost effectiveness of needing one rechargeable base and multiple heads means we don't have to have multiple brushes everywhere.

Daughter spent her birthday money on this toothbrush after seeing it advertised on TV and being impressed/excited by the app. It arrived today and she quickly stuck it on the charger and downloaded the app - a useless app that does not work!! Just constantly says "loading". That was on an ipad so trying not to let her get discouraged I said we could download the app on my android phone except I can't find the app on the play store despite the information that came with the toothbrush saying to just search Deeno.Disapointed 8 year old who now feels like she wasted her birthday money, 30 is a lot to a child, to anyone!
