Hi is this the right paper to wrap my cheeses up to store in my cheese box in the refrigerator please?

Yes it’s perfect for that. I always remove my cheese from wrapper and use these. You will find it so useful, for wrapping anything. I keep reordering!

Am i able to freeze food in these and then pop them in the microwave please?

They had such a very strong manufacturing chemical smell when I opened them that I certainly didn’t want to put them near any food, so wouldn’t recommend them at all. Shame because they look very nice.
