Perfect for spectra

Works perfect with my Spectra 1 in the vaccum attachments and they screw onto the bottles that came with the Spectra. I think they would great with any flanges, they work great with mine. Easy to use, easy to clean in electric sterile and dryer. Great buy for adaptive needs!

I have been exclusively pumping for 9 months and the only flange that was comfortable for me to continue long term was lacteck. I had the spectra set up so I bought these adaptors around 3 mo ppm and they work perfectly! I read so many reviews about them not fitting well and causing the flange to fall out when milk filled the collection bottle. I have been using them for 6 months and I’ve never had this happen and my morning pump fills the bottle up to 6 oz. Maybe because people were fridge hacking the flanges making the silicone super slippery? I use the fridge hack for the collection cup and adaptor but I don’t use it for the lacteck flanges, I wash those between each pump or use pump wipes on them. You also have to make sure that the flange is all the way inside the adaptor as far as it will go. When you first start using the adaptors this will feel impossible, but rubbing a tiny bit of nipple balm or coconut oil inside the adaptor will make it easier. Overall 10/10. I don’t even use the spectra pump anymore, I use the Pumpables Genie Advanced and this set up works great for it!

Maymom adapter initially APPEARS to fit Mila's Keeper wide neck glass storage bottles but it's DECEIVING - the issue is that it untwists with ZERO resistance, as though it never screwed all the way down even though it is screwed alllll the way down (even tried removing the silicone bottle sleeve). However, good news, Idaho Jones, Nenesupply, and Pumpmom adapters/connectors all screwed into Mila's Keeper securely (esp Pumpmom was really snug) and would allow you to use a flange of your choice and still pump directly into the storage bottle.

These will fit as adapters for Spectra with LacTech flanges, but the fit is not secure. The flanges are a tight fit and can pop out very easily and you’ll lose the milk collection bottle if you’re not careful.

Does the job intended. No issues connecting spectra compatible parts. Not as good as original spectra.

Fits the spectra bottle well but when attached to the flange it doesn't work. There's no suction at all. Standard ones work fine.

This is great, it fits the Spectra as well as the Medela as I prefer those flanges over the Spectra flanges.
