Dulcet DC-A50X 2 Channel Stereo Amplifier with Big LED Display/Bluetooth/MIC Input/USB/SD Card Slot/FM Radio/AUX Input/Remote Control & Built-in Equalizer with Bass, Treble & Balance Control

I bought this Dulcet DC-A50X amplifier from Amazon for ₹1900, and it was delivered perfectly. I have connected it to my PC, and it provides great separate support for a computer setup. The 50W x 2 channel sound power delivery is excellent and clear. The small LED display looks nice and is very useful. Also, the remote quality is amazing, and it even came with two batteries included. Completely satisfied with this product!

Very bad product. Don't buy it. Trying to reach the customer service. Amazon routing me to go to mfg as it's under warrenty even though it's not working properly since we installed. Tried to reach the mfg but their email is not working. Not sure why amazon is continuing this seller ver after such worst service. Beauty is Amazon customer service team is so rude, don't want to listen what customers are saying. Theh are telling their version and disconnecting the chat. Worst service by both Amazon and mfg. Waste of money and time.

🥰Excellent product,and Acceries quality is very good, but remote control is ok 😒. No heating with 4Ω ohm 2 speaker 6" and 8Ω ohm 2 speaker, working without any prblm . 😇

This good product and worth cost effective

product arrived without amazon packaging, untidy package clearly exposed product packet, inside the packet only the amplifier was packed in a clear cello plastic, all the cables were loose , remote control unit was preloaded wit used 2 different brands of batteries already leaked . I had to clean the unit to protect it from further damage , I wanted to replace the product before checking it but when I checked everything was ok so I cancelled the replacement request. I think the seller has a careless packaging team on a path to destroy the reputation of the brand. Any how to my surprise this amp is not bad when connected to my 15 year old cervin wega 50 watts rms 6 ohm speakers and even my martin audios studio monitors and I was thinking of replacing with active studio monitors for my home dj studio .Sound from my technics 1210 mk2s via a vintage Rane mixer is surprisingly fantastic through this amp. Anyhow I don't know for how long this amp lasts but for the price this experiment has a positive conclusion, that's it ,thank you

Giving review after the use of 4 months. If you have a old wooden small size speakers it can drive. I'm using with two speakers. I usually Connect with phone or listen FM. It can support 4 speakers. No subwoofer support. But the base and treble is perfect. You can adjust the right and left volume separately. Treble and base balance is great in this set. They have tuned very well. I have previously used Target amplifier, but that is not upto my expectations. Thank you Dulcet for giving us a great product. Note: If you want good sound quality use wooden cabinet speakers. And give a good input source of streaming. Inbuilt FM is good. USB pendrive quality is perfect. DTH and aux cable input great. Bluetooth is above average.

Very poor quality. I missed out checking the stuff before the return period. Later when I tried, they wanted me to ship the product at my cost to their garage or somewhere. I did not feel like wasting my another Rs 800-1000 for shipping the product. Did a mistake buying this lousy product.

The sound quality and volume was much better than I expected. I would have preferred just one volume knob and a Balance knob - but it works ok and I knew about that before ordering. I set the volume higher than I would normally, set the balance, and then used my laptop to control the output volume. The front panel controls did not work, so FM was set at 106.4 and I couldn't change or scan, the Volume buttons equally didn't do anything, neither did the mode button. Remote was physically broken and didn't communicate with the Amp. USB drive wouldn't play or be recognised. Shame because I loved the sound quality and the volume but it only works on line in. I have requested a replacement so fingers crossed the replacement is the same quality sound but with a functioning front panel and remote. Second unit arrived, I think I should have kept the first one... The replacement unit, is obviously a used or previously returned unit - the batteries were in the remote was a giveaway. The Remote is again broken, but at least functioning and communicates with the Amp. (see Picture) The front panel is working but cannot find a way to get USB going - the Mode options are FM/Aux/rEL/ECH/bt. I have no idea what rEL and ECH are but on all modes I couldn't get the USB drive to play (is there a knack to it?) - I'm sure Tech Support could advise me on that. Unfortunately both the speaker connections to the left - channel are either broken or missing (see Picture). I found a spring and broken lever in the packaging but the connections to the Amp on the Amp itself is not there. So I can connect the spring to the channel without a lever, but have only a broken lever. The channel with the lever has no base to attach the spring to. I used tape to attach the speaker wire, and the sound quality is good and seems to function well (if someone can advise how to use the USB drive), Bluetooth works well. I still remain impressed with the quality of the sound, but less impressed with the Quality control and am unconvinced about the durability of the Remote
