need this set up to work with ceiling fans, Most all have a molex connectors.

It's incredibly crimplable.
I constantly use Molex connections in my daily jobs. They work just fine. If you have the correct crimp tool and hardware it's super easy to use .

EZ 12v Repair
I had to replace a Carbon monoxide sensor in my motorhome and utilized one of the Molex plugs to make the necessary connection to the original 12v motorhome wiring. Very easy repair and now back in business. Used two of the supplied "pin" connectors, crimped the wires into the pins, snapped the pins into the Molex connector and plugged both ends of the plug together. Very simple, very easy, works like new.
