Replaced blinds control rod.

Good product but control wand was broken
The product came and installed well but the handle on the control wand was broke and a piece was sitting inside the box. We taped it so it was not sharp and will need a new control wand. Would have been a five star if it did not come damaged.

The size and exactly what I wanted
On time and fits as I ordered, prefect fit.

Inoperable. Vanes fall off. Vanes won't rotate. LOUD.
Barely rotate out of the completely closed (flat) position. Can't open them by rotating them at all - must pull with wand all the bands to the side. This causes more problems as the clips are weak and every time I open or close them vanes fall off unless I do it incredibly slowly, babying it, and even then half the time one will fall off. It's laughably loud to use the wand to pull all of them to the side, What a frustrating waste because now the incredible effort it took to get the headrail into the clips is wasted, I have to get them OUT of those same tight clips to return them, and I have to start over with a different brand. The one I had prior I got at Home Depot and they no longer carry it, and nowhere else has it. Menards might have one that I would have to have a Menards employee cut down for me which is more work. I also have to return it and I don't have the gigantic long box it came in so I don't know if I can. I have to carve time out to do this difficult overall fast soon since I know I just have 30 days, if they even will take it without the box it came in.

High Quality and Fast Delivery
The headrail was packaged carefully and arrived eight days ahead of schedule, which was a great surprise. It is high quality, works beautifully, and exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

Flimsy
Soooo it works, but is pretty flimsy. Certainly not something you would purchase from a blind company, but, it wasn’t very expensive. Had I found something more substantial, I would have purchased that. I will toss it and go to blackout drapes.
