Q: Shipping size of box?

Hello, I don’t remember the dimensions of the box but it was big. The only thing you have to put together once you pull out the chair are the peg legs and small decorative pillow.

Q: What are the chair positions? I’ve only been able to find 3: seat, longe, and bed.

Hi, Thanks for asking. There are at least 4. There's the chair with the padding tucked in. There's the lounge with the back not reclined. Next is the back slightly reclined. The last position is with the back completely prone like a bed.

Q: I loved it, but the 16 bolts to attach the feet came missing. Is there a way I can get it without returning the whole product? Thank you!

We got bolts from Home Depot or ask the company.

Q: Why is the mustard color so much more expensive than the others?

I would image that it is not requested as frequently as the others thus making bulk purchase of the fabric more costly. I don't have an actual answer, however. Check with the furniture builder.
