I am very happy with this purchase! Product is very good quality and it was easy to install. I have limited counter space, plus a gallon jug of dish detergent from Costco 🤣 so this is exactly what I needed!

The item arrived exactly as described, and installation was a piece of cake. I really like the long hose option to use the entire soap bottle under the sink instead of constantly refilling from the top is a great feature and very convenient. But on day 3 after the installation, the dispenser began to drip slightly from the spout onto the countertop. It’s not a major issue, but for a brand-new item, it’s a bit not so good. The dripping is minimal — maybe 1–2 drops over 10–12 hours. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn’t. Not sure what causes it. Like I said, it’s a very minor issue for me — otherwise, I would have returned it and requested a refund or replacement. Other than that, it’s a great product with an excellent design and very easy installation. If the dripping issue were resolved, it would be perfect.

Plenty of tubing to pull soap from the big bottle sitting on the floor of the cabinet. I would cut the tubing to put the one way valve somewhere in the middle or above middle, between the bottle and the spout. Works great!

We purchased two of these dispensers for our kitchen sink. One for hand soap, the other for hand lotion. The functionality of the hand soap is as expected. However, the other dispenser with the hand lotion is not working as it should. These units have a check valve in the tubing. This prevents the liquids from receiving in the tube. The hand lotion must be too thick or heavy, and it recedes back into the container, causing an air gap. Henceforth you cannot pump the lotion out of the container. Our one unit with that hand soap, the tip of the dispenser is disintegrating. It has created a sharp edge. He must be careful not to scratch or cut yourself. FYI, we were aware of the dispensing issue with certain product viscosities. However, I do not like the fact that one of them is disintegrating at its tip. I am having difficulty getting in touch with the company product support. After exhausting time on Amazon‘s customer support. Because being over a they gave me a link to the product company support. I just want it replaced because it seems the metal is defective and deteriorating. I was given a link to a electronics company as product support

I don’t know how I ever survived before I got this. This is so economical and easier than having a bottle of dish soap sitting on the counter. It was a little hard to install by myself as you have to have one hand up on the counter in the other up behind the sink underneath, but I got it done And it’s perfect

Easy installation, looks clean and works great. Priming the line takes a while but expected with such a long line, once primed line hold soap and ready to use. The stoppers included work well on all sizes of dish soap bottles/jugs. Overall great product for the price

Installation in my situation was very simple. Priming the line took a while but was expected, once primed it holds and works great. The quality is okay, I don't expect problems with it. And I think it was good value for the money. Now that said, let's see if it works long term, I've had so many other brands with the little bottles fail in a few months.

Great soap dispenser that really cuts down on messy refills—just drop the tube into a big soap bottle and you’re set for weeks. Installation was quick and it fits well on my stainless sink. The pump feels sturdy and rotates smoothly, and I like that it can be used for different soaps or lotions. Only downside: the instructions are a bit hard to follow, and sometimes it takes a few pumps to get the soap flowing.
