I'll be honest, I didn't spend a huge amount of time researching this footrest before I bought it. I've been revamping my PC space since December, with a new desk, new chair, newly-built PC, a new monitor, new keyboard and mouse... and after spending an eye-watering amount of money on all of that, why agonise over a thing to put your feet on? I just wanted my feet to stop dangling! I could've used a box! So it was pot luck that I ended up with the ErgoFoam adjustable foot rest, really. I just picked the first one that vaguely looked like it would do the job, and ordered it. And I lucked out! The ErgoFoam immediately surprised me with its quality. While you're holding it in your hands, the cushioning feels firm - you have to put a considerable degree of effort into appreciably squashing it. When it's under your feet, though, it's like resting them on a cloud. You simply don't notice that it's there. It squashes beneath your weight just enough so as to feel comfortable, while retaining enough rigidity to support you properly. It's a balancing act that I don't fully understand how they've pulled off. The outer cover is a plush, soft velvety fabric, which feels amazing, socks on or off. It's the kind of fabric that you could rub your face on. It's a bit of a dust magnet - after only a few hours it was 'spotty' - but it's easy to brush off, easier to vacuum off, and the cover can be unzipped if necessary. I have the adjustable version. It comes with the standard curved footrest (which doubles as a rocker if you flip it upside down), and has a rectangular extra piece that can be velcro'd on to the bottom of the main piece to raise its height. It works really well. When I'm doing a bit of gaming, I attach the 'riser' and stretch my legs out. When I'm typing up a report, I take it off again and support my feet more squarely. It's supremely comfortable in both configurations. The bottom of both pieces has a rubberised, textured 'grip', so it should work just as well on hardwood as it does carpet. All in all, I'm pleasantly surprised by the thing. I bought it just as something to put my feet on (well... obviously), but now I can't imagine being at a computer without one.

Honestly, I’ve been using this for a year when working from home and I miss it so much at the office! For someone as small as me, this is a god’s send. Also, it’s incredibly easy to clean: hoover, dust, washing it in a washing machine. And I’ve got a long-haired black cat that rolls over it all the time! The material is super comfy and my feet feel rested even when I used it for several hours in a row. I’m pretty sure my cat clawed at it in the past and none of it budged. Also, the grip on the underside prevents it from moving around all the time. It’s a must-have in my book!

I have been meaning to buy a footrest for a while, and I was originally looking at a solid, plastic adjustable one. Thought I'd give this one a go as the foam and velvet texture seemed comfy. It is amazingly comfy, I have the footrest paired with a Herman Miller Embody but honestly the footrest has put the icing on the cake. The foam is medium density. Dense enough that your feet don't disappear into the foam, but very, very....cushiony?? The Anti-slip bottom worried me a little, as my floor is a high gloss laminate. But no issues whatsoever, especially when you have the weight of your feet on it. I can move my chair closer or further away just by pushing or pulling the footrest with my feet. It does not move! Also works really well as a rocker when turned upside down. Price seems a little bit high, but having said that it feels like it will last a very long time and comfort and posture are important. 9/10

Comfortable and cool on your feet

Lives under my desk so has been in pretty much constant use for months now and has not lost its shape or firmness. Love that I can use it in different ways and that it's in two pieces for even more flexibility of use. When stuck together, the velcro is sturdy. Definitely provides support. Worth every penny I paid. Feels nice to the touch, good quality and light as a feather to pick up.

Je viens de le recevoir. C'est léger comme une plume très surprise. C'est du velours . Je peux enlever la housse pour la laver ce qui est génial. C'est doux et confortable. Je peux le séparer si je m'aperçois que c'est un peu trop haut. Je le recommande pour ceux qui douteraient encore. Pour de longues périodes devant son ordinateur c'est très relaxant pour les pieds ,les jambes et l'ensemble du corps. Je ne regrette pas mon achat, je suis très satisfaite.

This foot rest is amazing. It is a life saver. My legs and thighs would hurt and feel like they were going to sleep. I have been using it the past week and now there is no pain. You have to get this.

Trabajo mucho en casa y paso mucho tiempo sentado. Escogí este reposapiés por ser blando, además puede separarse la base y hacerse más bajo si es necesario. La planta tiene antiadherente así que no va a estar resbalandose si te apoyas bien. Material fácil de limpiar, en especial el polvo y pelo de animal

Sono ormai anni che ne possiedo uno, lo trovo comodo e molto facile da lavare. Se avete un tappeto in zona lo potete bloccare grazie al velcro sottostante

Yo lo utilizo para descansar los pies en la oficina. Trabajo en un escritorio elevado y sentado en una silla tipo banco, alta. Por lo que los pies raras veces tocan el suelo, y eso cansa de cierta manera. Aunque el banco tiene descansa pies, no es lo mismo tener este reposapiés, que permite estirar y descansar los pies, ya sea con calzado o sin el. Yo lo utilizo con la parte curva hacia arriba, pero lo he usado con la parte plana hacia arriba y el efecto de mecedora que se obtiene en esta posición es muy cómodo también! El material es muy resistente y es suave, no es duro. Su acabado negro no debe asustarte en cuanto a limpieza, es realmente muy resistente a ensuciarse. Es muy ligero y puede moverse de un lado a otro con solo tus pies.
