CANDY CANE Spoons, peppermint flavored, (1) box

TL;DR, don’t buy, these are minis, bad ingredient list, and made in China. If I could give this zero stars I would. I purchase this on the basis it was deemed as natural, since no ingredients were listed. I assumed the price also reflected that these were better than your generic dollar store candy canes. Welp no. I was bamboozled. Not only are these expensive. They are MINI candy canes, they are made in China, and they contain red dye 40 as well as some other ingredients that I personally wouldn’t consume. After reaching out to the seller, they told me they’ve sold over 100 boxes without issues (look at how lowly these are rated...no issue) and that they would take a return, if I paid for shipping. Well shipping would cost the SAME price as the product itself, without understanding why someone would be upset. For the record, seller, not stating the ingredients, and claiming I didn’t do my due diligence is effectively lying by omission. Don’t label something as “natural” (or “naturally flavored”) if it contains dyes banned in the EU. Rant over. EDIT: these are from Dollar Tree.

These are super cute gifts, they taste good are a perfect size and good quality.

My title line says it all. This product was very disappointing. #1. The candy canes are not full sized which wasn't stated in the ad; they're about half the size of a regular candy cane. #2. The candy canes are old and sticky. Not healthy for dental work. #3 Because these canes are old, they lack flavor. No peppermint flavor, just a sticky glob of sugary goo. #4 I ordered 4 boxes and they came in 2 different shipments. The 2nd shipment was shipped in a plastic bag and most canes were broken on receipt. #5. No refunds are available so I'm stuck with 4 boxes of disappointment.

Great quality and taste. Goes great in my hot chocolate.

Such a cute gift. They actually taste good, however most of the time they are going yo arrive broken.

WHAT AN ADORABLE GIFT FOR THE PERSON THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SHOW FOR: -GET A MASON JAR - ADD SEVERAL PACKETS OF COCOA - EITHER ADD THE LITTLE PACKS OF MARSHMELLOWS OR A BAGGIE WITH SOME FROM A BIG CHEAPER BAG. - THESE PEPPERMINT SPOONS DEFINITELY MAKE THE JARS 10X CUTER & I THINK KIDS WOULD LOVE IT! - YOU COULD EVEN GET A CHEAP PACK OF THE LARGE CANDY CANES & CRUSH THEM UP TO SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THEIR COCOA. -WRAP THE TOP WITH A SCRAP PIECE OF FABRIC AND A RIBBON OR JUST RIBBON & A LITTLE GIFT TAG. HARD TO GET A CHEAPER, CUTER GIFT THAN THAT! - I haven't eaten one yet but they look like they are good quality, nice and thick. It's definitely fun for kids. They don't look sticky or melted & I've bought several boxes now. CON: $6 IS A BIT HIGH FOR 6 SPOONS, BUT IF YOU FIGURE YOU'RE GIVING ONE SPOON PER PERSON, AN EXTRA DOLLAR TO MAKE THE GIFT EXTRA SPECIAL ISN'T SO BAD. THEY ARE SOMEWHAT SHORT & THE SPOON PART ITSELF IS FAIRLY SMALL. I DON'T KNOW IF A CHILD COULD DRINK OUT OF IT, SIP IT MAYBE? BUT I DON'T THINK THEY'D CARE EITHER :)

The candy canes are smaller than average the traditional candy cane. They’re way overpriced for the size and I cannot recommend them. I’m afraid to give them to my family because of the RED 40 dye. I brought them to add to gifts and hand out to children and adults. I wanted to get them before Christmas and did not read all the reviews warning of the size, price and shipping, over six dollars to ship candy that costs $2. I am an Amazon prime member and thought I was getting free shipping. Buyer beware. The one star reviews are right, heed the warnings.

These are so cute! They’re just the perfect size. I’ve read another reviewer saying these are tiny, but in reality they’re perfect. It’s a treat, not a meal. My kids are so excited to have them for dessert tonight. Not sure how they’ll taste, but if it’s anything like candy cane than they’re all good!!! Now, one did come broken, but it’s not the manufacturers fault more than Amazon packaging. Seriously, it was delivered in a bubble envelope, they could have put it in a box. I’ve had more ridiculous things come in boxes from Amazon that didn’t need to be sent that way! Lol!!! Merry Christmas!!
