The Dexen GM8K-1 IPI Control Module is a high-performance replacement control unit designed for H3V valve systems in Heatilator, Heat N Glo, and Quadra-Fire fireplaces. It features 5-step flame modulation, supports thermostat integration, and offers a reliable 90-second ignition cycle with up to 3 automatic re-ignition attempts. My heat n glo blower works again
This was easy to install--really, just plug and play. My heat n glo blower didn't work, we installed this and now it works. Excellent outcome.

Heat&Glo Gas Fireplace
After 2 x having a tech come out, our fireplace would intermittently lock out. With some background in HVAC, I looked up some videos. Thankfully I found one guy who posted a YouTube video on the module. I never even thought that it would be that little black box causing the issue. Took me 5 minutes to replace the box like for like. But here is what you need to do if your fireplace doesn’t respond. We don’t use a wall switch, our has a remote. After replacing the module you need to sync your remote to the new module. There is a YouTube video on that as well. I searched syncing Heat and Glo remote to a new module. Gas fireplace is back on working like it should. Hope this helps you.
