What is the method of decaffeination?

I think the coffee is naturally low in caffeine not decaffinated,, my husband loves it for the flavour. I would imagine it is not free from caffeine but I am not 100% sure about it.

Is this instant coffee? So you just put straight into the mug with hot water?

What does "gently decaffeinated" actually mean? Chemical or water?

I would speculate it is chemically decaffeinated, as most brand that use CO2 or Swiss water decaf process tend to publicise this as a selling point. Given the price off this, it would also indicate chemical process, as CO2 or Swiss water decaf ain't cheap.

Anyone know how much caffeine is in this decaf? I another customer said they felt 'wired' after drinking, but can't seem to find any figures.
