Does this product have gluten?

The first ingredient listed is wheat flour, so it probably has gluten.

I want to order (1) box of stuffing for turkey . why so many.

Depending on the number of guests. Three people perhaps, could be served with one box. A larger group would need more.

To stuff the turkey, do you cook the stuffing mixture first or do you mix the ingredients and stuff the bird with the uncooked mixture?

I don't stuff my bird but wither you do, or don't you first put the stuffing mix in a bowl I toss in poultry seasoning. Then chop up (celery, green peppers, onion) put in broth until softened I use chicken broth with melted butter). It depends on how much stuffing mix you use determines how much liquid will be needed. Toss your stuffing till moistened with heated broth/butter, onion, celery, peppers mixture. I then put in a separate pan (put a little broth over the top then cover with aluminum foil bake in 350* oven about an hour and half. I check about halfway to see if it needs a little more broth. If stuffing a bird, you would just not put into a pan but put it in your bird. Good Luck.
