Works good for testing Johnson grass for nitrites.

These test strips are great they give me a idea of the range. It took some getting use to because it goes off of color and the range can vary. But compared to my other tests its in the same range. But I can complain its a lot faster then pulling a kit out. I can easily dip and know if my level are going down quickly. I still used the hanna checker to get a better idea of the number but this is great for quick tests to make decisions. Very easy to use. The tests last a while and are cheaper then buying reagant refills for my testers. You should still be testing with other tests to get a better idea of the number but this is a huge time saver. and no mess or cleaning.

Great product, I compred it with a much more sophisticated test kit and the results were similar. The secret is to shake off the excess of water. The reading is pricese after 30s after that it turns darker but I guess that's because it dries up. Really easy to use if you want something simple!

Compared to other test strips they are very accurate as well.

All I want to measure is nitrate/nitrite. All the other brands I've tried measure all kinds of things but seem to over-state these particular values. This "no-name" brand seems to get it right.

I made two kinds of water to test this litmus paper, but it didn't seem to have a strong reaction. It may be useful for checking the safety of regular drinking water.

We wanted to check our water quality and this item did the job, making us feel secure in knowing more about the quality of our water.

Extremely fast and easy to use. The only down side is that it's a bit pricey for what you're getting. But if you live in the US Midwest, you probably want to pick some of these up...
