G2 Premium Gel Pens, Black Pens, Bold Point 1 mm, 2 Black

I won’t buy any other pens but these! I love the 1.0 bold point, they glide across the paper so effortlessly and everyone always comments how good my handwriting is. The truth is it just makes writing a lot easier. It doesn’t dig into the paper. The typical quality is perfect, the pin quality is perfect. The ink flow is perfect. The feel of it in my hand is perfect. Super easy to use and great value! They last a long time. You cannot go wrong!

The Pilot G2 Premium Gel Pens with the bold 1.0 mm tip are easily some of my favorite pens to use. The ink flows smoothly and consistently, making writing effortless with no skipping or smudging. I love the bold line—it’s perfect for notes, journaling, and signing documents. The grip is comfortable even during long writing sessions, and the ink dries fairly quickly. Overall, these pens are reliable, high-quality, and absolutely worth buying again.

Believe it or not, it is easier and cheaper to buy a set of these and use the inks to refill your Dr. Grip than to try and buy the cartridges separately. they also make a good fallback if you need on in the meantime, say, if you misplace the pen you got them to refill. The actual ink consumption is quite low compared to other 1.0 gel pens out there. Others I've used were such that I could literally see how far the ink went down after a long writing session. The 1.0 line size is great for someone who has trouble seeing what finer ink pens produce, so there is that. I think all in all, this is a good product. The only caveat with this or any other gel based ink pen, is that you do need to allow for a little time to dry to prevent smudges. Not a deal breaker for the pen, as ALL gel pens have this attribute more or less.

The only pens and refills I use. I am a retired RN who started nursing before computers were a thing. I have used a lot of pens in my life but these are the best. The ink is darker and easier to read and it flows easier and reduces strain on my hand. I have neurological pain in my hands so comfort is very important and I use these for refills for my favorite pen. It is available in fine point to bold and all in between. I don’t have any issues with leaks. I used to stockpile them for charting because they were great quality for the job. I used to buy the refill packs but I have not seen them lately as they sell out often. These are a great value for quality ink. I keep my favorite pen refilled for my personal use now.

Really solid pens. They write smooth, dry pretty fast, and feel comfortable in hand. Good for everyday use and definitely better than random cheap pens. Would buy again.

I like these pens. SOmetimes, I think they leave too much ink, but I guess it's ok.

When this Pilot G2 says "Black Pens, Bold Point" it means what it says. The ink is nice and dark, good wide line and the ink goes on the paper nice and smooth. If you're tired of using "black" ball point pens which actually print out light gray, you'll love the Pilot G2. Highly recommend to all who desire a blacker, bolder ball point pen experience.

I'll be honest: I didn't think I had strong feelings about pens until I started using these. The G2 Bold writes smooth from the first stroke to the last, no skipping, no inconsistent ink flow, no pressing harder hoping it catches. It just works, every time. The bold point is the move if you haven't tried it. Lines are clean and confident without bleeding through the page. Retractable, refillable, comfortable grip, everything you'd want handled without over-complicating it. And getting two in a pack means you're not scrambling when one goes missing (because it will). Which is a great value. I've gone through a lot of pens over the years and these are the ones I keep coming back to. Not because of the hype, because they earn it every single time I pick one up.

Was on the line about buying a new pen, so glad I did. Bought a two pack of these, lasted me two years of daily note-taking and homework in high school, carrying my second Pilot G2 into university now. Great value for 2 bucks apiece. So incredibly easy to write with compared to cheap ballpoints, and the ink dries completely in under 10 seconds. My only complaint is that it's a little too bold for my liking, but it is still completely fine for anything you need to write. It's more personal preference for me, so if you're into a thinner line like in a fine-point sharpie, buy those instead of the 1.0mm.
