Good one!
Bought for my wife, she loved it, using every day.

I like it
I'm 62 and wanted to try something that would make skin cream work better. These are small needles and don't leave visible puncture marks. However, I can feel it's working because there is slight stinging when applying serum afterward. Not much redness if you use as directed. Skin does look better and definitely softer. It's not a face-lift but believe there is skin improvement. I use it at least twice a week.

Glorified dermaroller
This microneedling tool is basically a glorified dermaroller. It's convenient for at-home use and has many skincare benefits like improving the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and stretch marks. It functions as it's supposed to and although it's better than a regular dermaroller, I'm not sure if it's worth the price.

I was skeptical… but it WORKS!
I’ve always liked microneedle patches, and have heard about microneedle rollers like this. I’ve seen really flimsy ones that are less than $20, but I’d be scared to use something that cheap. While this is sort of an investment, I feel comfortable using it because it’s made really well! The handle feels nice and sturdy, and the needles look like they’re medical grade. There’s an overall nice heavy “weight” to it in your hands. I wish there were some sort of instruction manual included (maybe there is and I missed it??). I figured “ahh, what the heck… let’s just roll it all over my face and neck and see what happens!” I started with freshly cleansed and toned skin, and rolled outward and upward. It doesn’t hurt, but you definitely feel tiny pricks in the beginning. As I was rolling it, I didn’t think anything was happening. So what did I do? I went over and over and OVER my skin, especially in problem spot areas (fine lines on my forehead, age spots on my cheeks, tiny cyst-like acne around my chin). I must have focused way too much on those areas, because hours later I felt like I had the worst sunburn of my life! Immediately after using the roller, my skin didn’t feel any different. As time went on, I started feeling some burning and prickles, and my skin got really red and hot to the touch. What did I learn? This is a lot like getting a professional microdermabrasion treatment. This is a great way to exfoliate! You don’t need to do what I did… Simply roll it over your skin gently, and don’t overwork it!! The second time I used it (a week later) I made sure to apply an “after treatment” calming cream with centella asiatica, which helped cool my skin down and prevented redness. An aloe based cream or gel would work too. I already notice my skin becoming clearer, less acne around my chin, and an overall more radiant and plump appearance to my skin. I’m excited to keep using this once a week or so, and hopefully see a reduction in dark spots and fine lines. Highly recommend splurging in this! Hope this helps. ☺️

As described.
Seems to be as described. Only used a couple of times so no results yet. Not painful to use and no adverse skin reaction and I have very sensitive skin.

Noticeable improvement
I bought this product hoping to regain better tone in my skin, and increase collagen production. While I can't measure how well that has been accomplished (will ask my dermatologist at next appointment) my face feels smoother, less bumpy, and skin is slightly plumper. I've been using the tool for almost a month, 2-3 times a week, and like it so well I've purchased multiple head replacements for the future. Not quite the same as a microneedling treatment at the dermspa, but very worth the price.

Beautiful Design That Works
StackedSkincare - Microneedling Skin Refining Tool I have used the original Dermaroller and it is made to exact specifications. This one is much easier to use and the design is stunning. You are essentially poking tiny holes in your skin. I apply a serum (hyaluronic acid) directly before use and then use jade or quartz roller to push it into my skin further after micro-needling The microneedle damages your skin causing collagen and cell renewal so you want to use a serum that encourages that. No Vitamin C or Retinol since those will irritate your skin. You should probably replace the heads every 15-20 uses or so (maybe more often depending on the manufacturer's recommendations) Start by only using this once a week or even monthly. Do not continue to use if bruising or bleeding occurs. Test this device on an inconspicuous area before using it on your full face. BE GENTLE and don't roll this like a jade roller. I use the micro-needling system about 3 times a month and other systems for my skin on alternating days. I have seen a gradual change in the texture of my skin over the last three months using this. The biggest difference I have noticed is on my upper lip. it helps to get rid of and fill in those small lines around your mouth. It has also helped reduce some age spots and discolorations. I have dry sensitive skin and using this device has really helped to relieve that. You want to be very careful using this device since it can really cause issues like scaring or even develop more hyperpigmentation. I stopped using my old roller when I burned out on the process but with this new model, I found it very easy to restart since I did love the results.

Works, but squeaky and overpriced.
In summary: The tool works but you can find something similar for 2-4 times less this cost. I will most likely not be pursuing the replacement heads for this tool and will utilize a more cost effective option that renders the same results. Con: This is a very standard at-home microneedling tool. That said, I don’t understand why they are charging over twice as much as the standard manual at-home microneedling tool. For the sake of sanitary protection, and especially given the price of $89, this should be coming with a case. Instead, there is an open ended piece of plastic to slide over the blades. Reminds me of a disposable razor. (Which ultimately, is what this product is - the price just baffles.) I recommend keeping it tucked away in a clean drawer or finding your own case to keep this tool in. Even with the plastic cover, it is at risk of any loose sprays or powders. I don’t even want to imagine the particles we can’t see. Con: My husband has asked to grease my roller. He’s right, it does squeak especially loud when in use. Like really loud. Pro: I do notice plumper and firmer skin since using this roller. My pesky forehead wrinkles will require something stronger if I wanted them to disappear. Acne though, let’s talk about it. Ive always struggled with acne. The acne-fighting formula I use was alone, not enough for me. Using this tool in conjunction with my formula does promote clearer skin and smaller pores (especially on my inner cheeks toward my nose). I do appreciate this outcome. It also has a pretty handle but not worth $80.
