I have tried several back braces throughout the years and this one hands down provides the most support and pain relief than any I have ever tried. I was reading reviews of issues with direct contact to skin causing rashes and I have yet to experience that, I immediately wore it under a shirt without washing and had no issues. This past weekend I had to move a dozen 50 lb sand bags and 100 18 pound 12x12 pavers at about 17.5 lbs each, after loading all into the truck then unloading, spreading my sand base and laying the pavers I had almost zero pain and kept full motion of my back for 99.9 percent of the work. I would highly recommend this back brace, it has a great lumbar support pad, I love the compression and adjustability and even my wife couldn't immediately tell that I was wearing it under my shirt, so I might get another one for just casual use.

Being someone who's my most of their life with lower back issues, this back brace is a godsend. It keeps your back stabilized while you recover from any injury that you may have gotten like myself. It happens very often. I've gone to PT to help strengthen my core, but in the meantime the brace is the best thing. It's well made. The velcro on it is very strong and it has multiple contact points and it does not restrict your mobility. It is not uncomfortable

Recently, I woke up with lower back pain radiating from my tailbone across my lower back to my hips. I could barely move. This belt was great. Upon putting it on, I felt immediate relief. I felt supported, and I love that you’re able to make it super tight. I just wish it was a little longer.

It provides noticeable support and compression, especially when standing or doing more physical tasks. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit, and it feels secure once it’s on. It’s also fairly comfortable for longer wear, thanks to the breathable material, which helps keep it from feeling too restrictive. That said, it can feel a bit bulky under clothes depending on what you’re wearing, and it takes a little adjustment to get the fit just right.

I bought this brace to support my lower back and correct my posture. It is a bit heavy than the other back support that I had which I think is a compliment. It is well constructed with good material. I wear this everyday for 2-4 hours for now. It gets hot and stimulates perspiration in the area. Wearing is easy by design and actually less complicated than the others. It actually supports my lower back especially when I sit down. It is a reminder to have a proper posture. The design is make it versatile and have easy compression of the abdomen and lower back. I find it useful and it’s worth the price.

Unfortunately, this doesn't work with my body type. I did order a size up as suggested, which would have been perfect if not for it rolling. I made sure to follow the instructions and placed it where it needed to be, even moving it to see if the placement was wrong. However, no matter how I placed it or how I tightened it, the top would roll every time I tried to do anything. With my shifts being 9+ hours, having to stop to readjust isn't ideal. The front is too bendy, so it just rolls. If it had one or two of the stays in the front to keep it's shape and support all around and not just in the back that might help It is lightweight, and easy to adjust, someone with a flatter belly could use it better, it just doesn't work with my body.

Creat compression and support. Size 34 pants and it fits perfectly. Easy to adjust base on support needed. Eady to wear and comfortable working or sitting.

Only used twice to rake leaves and shovel some snow. Felt comfortable and supportive. No back pain so far.

the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.
