Yes it will... But be aware that this is a very short cable and you will need a longer cord if your connecting it to a counsel mounted finder.

Does this work with the Humminbird Helix 12?

It worked on my Helix 5 and I would think it would work on the 12. You can go to the HB website under support or help and they list all the compatible units. This adapter plug fits two of my older HB units also. I think the plug is universal on all, but check the website or call them to make sure.

Is one end a 4 pin? Why don't you show pictures of both ends?

I got one ,that doesn't fit my Minn kota Terrova , It is not a 4 pin , its a 4 hole end receptacle and Doesn't work with my Garmin 94 sv UHD FishFinder

I have an ultrex motor will this work on my hook9 ?

it worked with my fortrex and hook 5 and 7 sereies even though it was not listed for that model,so i wouldnt be afraid to try it.
