Auditing and Assurance Services with ACL Software CD (15th Edition)

Accounting gets me up every morning with a smile and energized . This book is the key to a happy auditing life or just my college class. Anyways its a book, I used it for class and I didn't get an A. But hey, it had paper and was a book.

Great price. It’s a bit different from the last version , but it is ok for me to read.

The product information clearly states that this is book comes with the Access Code for the MyAccountingLab and IT DOES NOT. So now I have to pay even more money to get the access code from the publisher when I could've just bought both the book and the access code from the publisher for a price that is ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS CHEAPER than what I'm going to have to pay.And worst of all, because it comes wrapped in plastic it is not returnable after you remove the plastic, however I had to remove the plastic to find out that there wasn't even an access code inside!I'm EXTREMELY upset about this and recommend that the product's description be changed so you can stop ripping off struggling college students, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE "STUDENT VALUE EDITION" -- how is this more valuable than saving money and actually getting what I'm paying for?

It's a looseleaf edition of the hardcover textbook. Auditing is boring, it talks about same thing over and over again such as risk assessment, internal control, separation of duties, etc. There are many steps in auditing. I'm glad I got this because I just hate reading textbooks on my laptop and it's easier for me if I have to go back and refer to a page that the current page is referring me to which in this book, you'll have to do a lot.

This book was very helpful in my course. And it has helped as a reference for my other classes as well. Definitely going to keep this book for future use and in my future career.

The book also showed up much earlier than I expected! Also, it is brand new with an unopened CD software that I needed.

The book itself is exactly what I needed for my class and it was in great shape when it got here. The only problem is there's no access card for Pearson's MyAccountingLab. That access by itself is $100 on the Pearson website. The reason I'm sticking with 3 stars instead of 1 (because I was tempted to put only 1) is Amazon's customer service. When I got the first book I thought there was a mistake, maybe they accidently left out the access card. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement book over night. The new book also doesn't have the access card so I contacted customer service again for a refund. I'm just going to get it directly from the school.Long story short, the book is a good value if you don't need the access on Pearson's website.
