The product itself works well. It's just when I receive it. This is how I received it. The cap itself is broken. It leaks in the box to where its a mess and I lose product regardless. I have never had an issue like this ever happen before.

I recently damaged my hair due to perming and over coloring. My beautician used this on me as a deep conditioning treatment. I was able to find this an Amazon and purchased it to do deep conditioning at home; saving the cost at a salon. I also found that I can purchase this directly at Sally Beauty Supply for about half the price that I paid at Amazon.

The product works very well. I stopped using the one by Queen Helen because I couldn't stand their smell. The scent on this product is appealing and works well. My hair is extremely dry from bleaching,..so I use it daily,..on a bit of moist hair and comb through,.it even thickens my thin hair. Very satisfied with the seller

Although the product was well wrapped, the lid came off en route and the item is a mess. The box it was in was too big and not sturdy enough so it must have rolled around a bit. It looks like somebody stepped on it as well. I will keep it but it won't be fun cleaning it up. It is still usable.

Love colesterol but this brand doesn't work. I have tried several colesterol brands and I have always been happy with it but not with the salon care colesterol 😔. I'm throwing it away and buy another brand. The only good thing is that doesn't have parabens.
