Works perfectly

When I received this item it clearly showed being used heavily like it came out of the trash can. The scanner also keeps jamming. I am returning the item and requesting a full refund!

Refurbished product but has been used daily with no problems. Scan image has been good for our use.

I was hopeful this scanner would work out. Listing said it would be cleaned but I had to scrub it clean myself. Ad said it came with the feeder and exit ramp extensions but it came with neither. Ad said it came with power cord but the cord it came with did not have a solid connection to the scanner so it connected and disconnected repeatedly, like every few seconds, and resulted in the scan job being interrupted and nothing could ever get scanned. I returned it with the Amazon return procedures with absolute ease and my full purchase was credited just a few days after I sent it.

PRODUCT DID ARRIVED. I HAD PAID THE ITEM IN FULL. AFTER USING IT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. THE SCANNER LOOSE ITS POWER AND ITS NOT WORKING. I HAD SENT AN EMAIL TO THE SELLER BUT, TO NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I AM PUTTING THIS INTO WRITING SO THAT YOU MAY REACH OUT TO ME AS A CONSUMER. I AM OPTIMISTIC THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO RESOLVE THE SAID ISSUE. First and foremost is the honesty of this company. They promised I would get my scanner the next day and it was on time. Then when unpacking the scanner, it was packed for safety and moveable parts were taped as though it was brand new. First thing I checked to see if the feeder rollers were replaced and in good shape. I could tell that they were replaced and in good shape. I would definitely recommend this company to purchase products from. I will be reaching out to them in the future for help. Thank you TonerW!

I bought two of them. Both looks like they got a long a challenging life, both have nice "tan" color-far from original grey still visible on the protected from sun parts. They do work (I was surprised) not sure for how long. So far they serve their purpose.
