Will this printer be able to run with windows 10 operating system ?

Yes. I have 6 computers all running windows 10 that is connected to this printer.

Does is scan back to back ( two sided ) pages automatically? also please does it scan and store in pdf/jpg format?

1. Two sided print is not available automatically. You can do it manually. 2. Sorry, I've never scanned and stored.

What is the size of the scan bed (glass) ? Its is A4 or legal?

It's sized for A4. Letter or A4 will fit fine. Legal size will not fit in the scan bed.

Do you know if this printer include tonner by default ?

There is a toner included, but it is NOT full size. I recommend you include a toner with your order.
