Be aware of Amazon Eu non help
11 items from Amazon EU arrived like this. Customer service ok at first but have stopped being helpful as they say you have to send these low value items back and claim postage. Complete nightmare

Disappointed with this, I thought the tractor was 9.6cm long! Who wants to know about package size?!
